The tool box is full and we are using many of the tools available to us. Now that we have a solid foundation to build upon, let us expand on what we have done in the last 4-5 years. We have two key assets; our people and our machinery. We have hired nothing but solid individuals to train and bring into our team. Our workforce has doubled since 2021. We have purchased a number of machines to enhance our ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. We have purchased new or like new lathes TT style to better utilize our workforce. We have purchased new EDMs and are about to purchase another. We have advanced dramatically in our milling area, we purchased a 4 axis Kitamura and a 5 axis Methods mill.
