Our expanding team of coaches plan and deliver all of our training sessions, so you can be sure they'll be of excellent quality and tuned to your specific training needs. We have access to superb local training facilities including Corby East Midlands International Pool, Market Harborough Leisure Centre and Rockingham Triangle Stadium, Corby (all season athletics/running track). We encourage swim, bike and run training as well as strength & conditioning sessions for an all round fitness programme... We are a very friendly and welcoming club and train at all standards. We strive to be inclusive and offer help and support to those looking for age group qualification through to those just thinking about trying a tri. We'll make you faster, make you stronger and hopefully you'll have lots of fun training and racing with a great group of athletes and friends...
