Since 1987, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh has served as the General Manager of Ahmed Abu-Ghazaleh & Sons Co. Ltd., a marketer and distributor of fresh fruit and vegetables. Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh serves on the boards of directors of Clemenceau Medical Center, Arab Wings and Royal Jordanian Air Academy.
He also serves as the Chairman of Abu-Ghazaleh Investments (AGI). He previously served on the board of International General Insurance Co. Ltd in Jordan. Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh and Mr. Mohammad Abu-Ghazaleh are brothers, and Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh is the uncle of Mr. Ahmad Abu-Ghazaleh.

Mr. Beard is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Global Consultancy Guidehouse's enterprise services, risk and quality management strategy.
He has more than 30 years of progressive experience in professional advisory services focusing on technology-enabled operational transformations. He was previously with PwC where his practice focused on corporate transactions in the technology sector.
Mr. Beard is the former General Manager of the Cybersecurity and Intelligence Unit of SAIC, where he also served as the company's Chief Information Officer. Previously, Mr. Beard led the global Transportation and Industrial Markets segment of KPMG Consulting, serving some of the largest brands in the world.
Mr. Beard holds a Masters in Jurisprudence from Seton Hall School of Law, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He is a graduate of the US Air Force Space & Missile program.

Dr. Ajai Puri's executive career in the food and beverage industry has spanned a broad range of global roles in R&D, innovation, supply chain development, consumer marketing, and general management. At Coca-Cola, he played a central role in building the company's global juice platform with products like Simply Orange™ and Minute Maid Pulpy™ - both of which are billion-dollar brands at Coca-Cola today. As an Executive Board member (R&D and Innovation) at Amsterdam-based Royal Numico NV (a specialized nutrition company with leading businesses in early life nutrition and medical nutrition) Dr. Puri was responsible for implementing a highly successful science-driven, consumer-led R&D strategy that ultimately led to the acquisition of the company at a record valuation.
Dr. Puri has been an active non-executive director in the food and agriculture space. Past non-executive director roles include Nutreco NV (global leader in animal nutrition and aquaculture), Barry Callebaut AG (world's foremost industrial chocolate manufacturer), Tate & Lyle PLC (specialty F&B ingredients), Firmenich SA (global leader in fragrances and flavors). Effie D. Silva has served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary since 2022. In this role, Effie leads the Company's legal, risk management, food safety, government affairs, and corporate reporting functions.
Effie D. Silva is an experienced public company leader who has a stellar track record advising the board of directors and senior management on a broad range of issues, including transactional, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, and DEI matters.
Previously, she had a successful tenure as the Ethics and Compliance Leader for Cargill, Inc., $165B private global food and agriculture company. As the most senior compliance officer at Cargill's $50B Protein and Salt division, she advised the Board of Directors on major compliance matters and led a team that was responsible for identifying and mitigating risks and developing business-sensitive solutions to complex problems. Prior to joining Cargill, Ms. Silva was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE: TSN), a $40B public food company, Ms. Silva was responsible for all legal matters impacting Tyson's $10B Prepared Foods' business unit and the enterprise-wide Sustainability department.
In addition to her in-house experience at Fresh Del Monte, Cargill, and Tyson Foods, Ms. Silva brings 20 years of complex business law practice at prominent global law firms. She served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery and Duane Morris, and as a Senior Attorney at Baker & McKenzie, where she regularly advised corporate leaders and Boards of Directors of multinational companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and investigations, M&A, complex business litigation and international arbitration matters.
Ms. Silva is bilingual and has global experience across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of International Arbitration (FCIArb) and a Qualified Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Conflict Prevention Resolution (CPR), and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She is also Board Certified in International Litigation and Arbitration with the Florida Bar and has extensive cross-border experience advising and strategizing multi-jurisdictional disputes across venues, both nationally and internationally.
Ms. Silva earned her Juris Doctor degree in Law from University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Wellesley College.

Gianpaolo Renino has 25+ years of experience in leading fresh, fresh-cut, and prepared commercial and production operations in Europe, Africa & Middle East. From August 2016 to March 2023 he served as Vice President, Europe and Africa and from January 2014 to August 2016 he served as Senior Director-Italy. Prior to that time, he served as our Director, Southern Europe-Prepared Food. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Renino served as our Senior Manager, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Europe region. From 2004 to 2005, he served as Business Development Manager, Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Sauter served as Director, Agricultural Services and New Development from 1998 to 2012, when he was named Vice President, Agricultural Services & Special Projects for the Colombia, Ecuador, Central America and Brazil (CECAB) region.
Mr. Sauter joined the Company in 1988 as Plant Pathology Superintendent for the Costa Rica banana division, and from 1991 to 1998, he led the Costa Rica pineapple division Research Department during the time the Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet pineapple was first launched.

Jorge Pelaez has served as our Vice President, CECAB, since April 2017. He has been with Fresh Del Monte for more than 36 years, working mainly in the banana crop. From February 2015 to March 2017, Mr. Pelaez served as the General Manager in our Costa Rica Banana Division. From 2012 to January 2015, he served as Senior Operations Director in our Costa Rica Banana Division, and as our Operations Manager in our Costa Rica Banana Division from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Pelaez served as the General Manager in our Cameroon Banana Division from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that time, he served as our Operations Manager, Brazil from 1994 to 2003. Mr. Pelaez held various senior positions in our banana operations from 1984 to 1994.

Mohammed Abbas has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since 2022. Previously he was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific and Middle East Region from October 2019 to January 2022.
Prior to that time, Mr. Abbas served as our Vice President, Middle East and North Africa from January 2016 to November 2019. From April 2015 to December 2015, he served as Vice President of Fresh Produce, for our Middle East and North Africa, (MENA) region.
Mr. Abbas served as the General Manager of Del Monte Saudi Arabia from June 2009 to March 2015. Prior to that time, he served as our General Manager of Del Monte Foods UAE since the inception of the first unit in the MENA Region in January 2007 until May 2009.
Mr. Abbas has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles in agriculture, farming, and fresh produce industry in multinational organizations from the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
He completed a Master of Science in Agribusiness from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Kelly Business School at Indiana University.

Mr. Mohammad Abu-Ghazaleh has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Del Monte Produce since 1996. Spearheading a turnaround in the performance of the company, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh was instrumental in cementing the company's role as one of the world's preeminent fresh, fresh-cut, and prepared fruit and vegetables producers and distributors. The company went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 1997, with the ticker symbol FDP.
Alongside this, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh serves as Chairman of the Royal Jordanian Air Academy, as Chairman of Arab Wings, and Chairman of Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College. Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh is Chairman of the Abdali Clemenceau Hospital project, a $290 million development project in Amman, Jordan. He is a founding shareholder of Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut, Lebanon. He is also on the board of directors of United Cable Company, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh served as Chairman of International General Insurance Co. until its listing on the NASDAQ in 2020. He served on the board of directors of Bank Misr Liban from 2007 to 2018 and Jordan Kuwait Bank from 2004 to 2011.
