Adam McCLean

I began in TV as a Creative Intern at Endemol in 2000 and from there became an AP on comedy entertainment shows at Talkback, Liberty Bell, World's End, Tiger Aspect and CPL. I first worked with Matt during my time at Objective Productions, producing many shows for Crook Productions alongside extensive development and now support him at Studio Crook, series producing both the Comic Relief show and the Hancock documentary.

Charlie Zarrbi-Rusbridge

I started my career in 2017 as one of four interns on IMG's advantage scheme. Since then, I have forged an eclectic career in development, working across the broadcasting spectrum, developing channel-defining reality series, farewell shows from comedy legends, pioneering documentaries, and reversioned classic British formats. Having developed with everyone from Jihadists to Royals, Reality stars to Prisoners and all in between, I am proud to be described as ‘easily amused'.

Ella Cooper-Holmes

I joined Studio Crook through the Leonard Cheshire: Change 100 Scheme. After graduating from university in 2021 I spent some time working in a gym. I have a keen interest in sport and was a competitive para-swimmer for over 10 years.

Emma Clarke

I began my TV career at Watchmaker Productions on the Clive James Show. Throughout the noughties I freelanced as a series producer making factual entertainment shows for Channel 4,ITV and BBC. I started working with Matt Crook in 2010 at Objective Productions and over the past 11 years have worked for him as an Executive Producer across many fact ent and archive series. I also spent 5 years as a Commissioning Exec for Comedy Central and MTV, bringing a range of shows successfully to the screen including long running series Roast Battle UK and Teen Mom UK.

Genevieve Dolittle

I started my career at MTV as part of the launch team of VH1 UK. I then went on to become Head of Development for Monkey Kingdom. My next few roles included Development Exec, Series Producer and Exec Producer for Princess, RDF, Live Nation, Sky, ITV2, Channel 4, BBC Comedy Entertainment and BBC Studios. In 2016 I joined Whizz Kid Entertainment where I was Head of Comedy Entertainment. Over my career I have enjoyed working in development as well as producing shows such as Goodbye Television Centre and The National Lottery Stars, All About Two, The Great History Quiz, Lip Sync Battle, The BAFTA Television Awards and The BAFTA Film Awards.

Justine Potter

My previous roles include Head of Drama Development at LA Productions with credits including Jimmy McGovern's Anthony on BBC1 and Clink for Channel 5 and as Head of Scripted at Can Can I developed new dramas and comedy dramas for Ch4, Netflix and BBC and a comedy for CBBC. I also ran the BBC Writersroom North for two years gaining commissions for fresh and diverse new writing talent in TV Drama, Children's TV and Radio Drama. I have a particular sweet spot for stories that expand LGBT+ representation on and off screen as well as finding the extraordinary in the ordinary of the British experience for a global audience. I continue to work with DANC promoting and supporting stories from disabled writers.

Lorraine Cox - CFO

I started my finance career in Live Events in the accounts department in 2003.  I then moved to an Advertising Agency as a Management Accountant before finding my passion for TV.  I worked at Ricochet, a Warner Bros owned company, for 10 years as their financial controller. 

Lyndsey Hicksford

My career in Television began in 2001 on This Morning where I started out as a Studio Runner, after a short dabble in editorial I found my path in Production and have since had a varied career from political talk shows and documentaries to Reality shows and gameshows. 

Matt Crook - Managing Director

My career started as a BBC researcher on Breakfast News and Newsnight before a stint in the CBBC Broomcupboard. I produced at Disney and The Big Breakfast before going onto look after Ricky Gervais on The 11 O'Clock Show and then Big Brother 1. I worked with Objective Productions from the very early days up to their sale and then built Crook Productions and sold it to ITV in 2021.

Natasha Nugent

I began my career as a Runner with Watchdog. I went on to spend 4 years with the BBC covering Comedy, Entertainment, Music & Events. I took a route into Production Management before leaving the BBC and became a Freelancer within Editorial. I have since worked in Casting, Welfare and Forward Planning. My TV credits include Strictly Come Dancing, The Wall, Celebs Go Dating and Gordon Ramsay's Bank Balance.

Richard Smith

I started my TV career working for MTV UK, then made the leap over to Reality TV and produced such shows as Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, I'm a Celebrity get me out of here NOW! As an Executive producer I have overseen such shows as Big Brothers Bit On The Side and the twice NTA nominated ‘Paul O'Grady Show' for ITV. As a Development Exec I have overseen commissions for BBC, Channel 4 and UKTV.

I have had a diverse career in production having worked in many genres from single camera docs, rig shows to TV commercials and scripted. My career in TV production began at the BBC in London over 25 years ago where I trained as a production assistant. Since then, I have freelanced in production management for lots of different London based companies and after relocating to Brighton, I spent 10 years working for Ricochet, a Warner Bros company, as a Production Exec. Before joining Studio Crook, I supported a new Brighton based independent, part of the ITV group, as a Head of Production.
