Acting as lead for the delivery of the Local Transport Plan, Adrian has an extensive knowledge in highways, transportation and drainage disciplines including Preliminary and detailed feasibility studies, highways maintenance, traffic engineering and traffic management, road safety engineering and road safety audits. In addition to the direct management of staff Adrian is currently the Area Manager working on project based matrix management of multi-disciplinary teams , involving the National Health Service, Age UK, Alzheimer's society and several other voluntary development agencies, local schools and the Parish Council.
