David Giampaolo was engaged by BC Partners as an operating advisor in 2011 and brings a wealth of experience across alternative asset investing. David currently serves on the board of Zumba Fitness, Smartmatic and is a senior advisor to AMG. He is the founder and Chief Executive of Pi Capital, a London based membership club that convenes events with pre-eminent public speakers. In the past he has founded, built up and sold several businesses and health club chains in the US and Europe. He has also been involved as an investor, advisor and board member of some of the largest and most successful health & fitness companies in the world including Fitness First, 24 Hour Fitness and Zumba Fitness.

Edward Kangas was engaged by BC Partners as an operating advisor in January 2010 and brings a deep network and understanding across a broad range of industries. He currently serves as the Lead Director of the Board at Tenet Healthcare Corporation, the second largest healthcare provider in the U.S; Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at United Technologies Corp., a diversified company that provides high technology products and services to the building and aerospace industries, and is a board member at both Intuit, Inc., a software company focusing on consumer and small business financial products and Intelsat; the largest communication satellite company in world. He was Lead Director at EDS playing a key role in the sale of the company to HP. Previously, Mr Kangas served as Global Chairman and CEO of Deloitte from 1989 to 2000. During his 33 years at Deloitte, he served in various professional capacities, including being the Global CEO of Deloitte Consulting. He was one of the chief architects of the 1989 global combination of Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Touche Ross. Ed received his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eugene Fife was engaged by BC Partners as an operating advisor in 2010 and brings more than 30 years of executive management, consulting and operations experience. Within the BC Partners portfolio, Mr Fife serves as a director on the boards of Accudyne Industries and Suddenlink, and serves as chair of the Audit Committee at Suddenlink. Previously, Mr. Fife was non-executive Chairman of the Eclipsys Corporation, a leading provider of medical information software used by more than 1,500 healthcare facilities; and served as director of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a practice management and electronic health record technology provider who subsequently acquired Eclipsys; Caterpillar, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbine and Office Depot. He is also the founding principal of Vawter Capital, LLC, a private investment firm. Previously, Mr. Fife was a general partner of Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as a member of the management committee and as chairman of Goldman Sachs International. During his 26 years with Goldman Sachs, Mr. Fife played a pivotal role establishing Goldman Sachs in Europe where he spent 10 years based out of London. He was also instrumental in establishing Goldman Sachs presence in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He remains a senior director of Goldman Sachs. He has participated in a number of forums and conferences regarding business ethics and corporate audit and governance issues.

Marcel Kannekens was engaged by BC Partners as an operating advisor in 2017. He brings over 25 years of experience in executive management and consulting. Mr. Kannekens is partner at Park Corporate Finance in Amsterdam and currently serves on the non-executive boards of a number of companies in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he worked for over 15 years in Unilever, as CFO of the frozen food & ice cream business in the Benelux, as managing director of Unilever's meat business and in a variety of supply chain and finance roles in Europe and South America. He lectures private equity management at the international MBA programme of the University of Hasselt (Belgium).
