Dulal Mia

Mohammad Dulal Mia was called to the Bar by the honourable society of Lincolns Inn in 2011 and is a CILEX accredited Chartered Legal Executive who joined KC Solicitors in 2013. Mr Mia works directly under the supervision of Mohammed Abul Kalam Chowdhury, Principal Solicitor. Following his completion of the LLB (Hon's) at the University of Wolverhampton, Dulal successfully completed his Bar Vocational Course from City University London. He additionally holds numerous CPD certifications and has previously completed his BA and MA in Dhaka University. Dulal possesses expertise in the areas of immigration law and specialises in Asylum and Human Rights. Harun Matin

Harun Matin is the head of our crime department. He has a wide range of experience in criminal defence work. He joined the firm in 2022 having previously been a director at National Legal Service solicitors. His cases take him the length and breadth of the UK. He is highly experienced in dealing with general and serious complex crime such as murder, drugs, serious sexual assault, terrorism and fraud. He is also an advocate with Higher Rights and represents clients in the Crown Court, and Magistrates' Court. Harun has vast experience in advising and representing individuals in Extradition proceedings and has dealt with Extradition requests from all over the world Harun is a honorary lecturer at Queen Mary University, London and a visiting lecturer at the University of Law.
