Alexandra is a marketing, digital and communications specialist, currently employed at the Premier League, and formerly at the All England Club, home of The Championships, Wimbledon. A former sports journalist, Alexandra's role is to help sporting organisations appeal to the next generation of sports fans and event-goers, showing that they can not only thrive on innovation, but social purpose too. A lover of all sports, Alexandra has two blues and an inconsistent backhand. She lives in London with her wife and daughter.

Chris leads on the delivery of our school based programmes; after nearly 20 years working in secondary education as a teacher and senior leader he switched to senior management within the charity sector. He has a passion for sport and working with young people in deprived areas in order to improve their life skills and social mobility. Chris has a keen interest in golf and cricket as well as personal fitness.

James joined Goldman Sachs in 2000. He is currently a partner in the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) and the head of the European Private Credit Group. James serves on the MBD Corporate Investment Committee. He also serves as a member of the Board of NGA Human Resources as well as the Corporation Development Committee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a keen sportsman and father of three.
Jason is our Director of Coaching and Lead for the Greenhouse Centre. He was six years old when he picked up a bat at his dad's table tennis club in north London. After his dad's death when he was 12, Jason went on to play table tennis for the next 15 years, winning over 100 national titles. In 2006, he became the British and Irish Champion - the pinnacle of his professional playing career. He joined Greenhouse Sports as a coach in 2005 and spent the next decade working in schools across London and developing our coaches and programmes. In 2017, he moved away from school-based programmes and took on his current role at the Greenhouse Centre. Jason has dedicated his coaching career to guiding young people on a journey of personal development - giving them the tools to reach their potential is what gets him out of bed in the morning! On the rare occasion that he isn't playing or coaching table tennis, Jason loves spending time with his family and watching sport - especially Liverpool.

Luke is CEO of Man Group plc, based in London, and a member of the Man Group Executive Committee. Before joining Man in 2010, he was Non-Executive Chairman of GLG's Multi-Manager activities and manager of the GLG Multi-Strategy Fund from April 2009. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of FRM from 1998 to 2008 and one of two partners running the business. Before joining FRM, he was a Managing Director at JPMorgan in London. Luke became Chair of the Board of Trustees in 2019.

Mark is an experienced Multi Academy Trust Chief Executive, having worked in the education sector for nearly 20 years. Starting in the Academies Team in the Department for Education (DfE) when there were just 12 academies open, supporting the development of new projects and new sponsors. Mark has run a successful multi-academy trust (MAT) for the past seven years, across London and Berkshire. Mark loves sports, having completed the London Marathon twice and plays football and cricket often, with his two young girls.
Michael, until recently, was Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs Group and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs International. He is a sponsor of the Harefield Academy, member of Westminster Abbey development committee and the founder of Grenada schools. Michael was Chair of our Trustees from 2018-19.
Mike co-founded Greenhouse Sports in 2002 after he sold his financial consultancy business. He was Greenhouse Sports' CEO for fifteen years, stepping down in 2017. He continues to be active as a trustee and is closely involved with the development of the Greenhouse Sports Centre. He chaired the Centre for Social Justice's report on how best to harness the power of sport to transform young lives and carried the Olympic Torch in 2012. A keen sportsman, Mike is still picking up tips from Greenhouse Sports' players! He was awarded an OBE in 2017 in recognition of his work at the charity.

Nick is an Assistant Head at an Alternate Provision school based in West London and has over 10 years' experience within the education sector. He is proud to say he is a product of Greenhouse Sports, having participated in and then worked on inspirational programmes across the organisation. He also co-owns a boxing club in his spare time that operates within both amateur and professional circles.
