Gary is responsible for the Management and direct contractual relationships with clients, suppliers and other contractors in line with agreed contracts. Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities to ensure that all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements are complied with at all times. Gary is Responsible for the day to day management and monitoring of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality compliance.
Kay is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality, Environmental and H&S management systems including internal auditing with IRCA auditing qualifications for ISO 9001:2015 & EMS ISO 14001:2015.
Kay ensures the company maintains legal compliance with all relevant legislation, reducing risk in relation to personal safety, provides competent advice to all employees and management whilst adopting a culture of continuous improvement.
With over 20 years experience within the Construction Industry, Lee is responsibile for overseeing the business operations and it's people.
