Rob founded Smart Vision in 2013 and still has a hands-on involvement in all areas of the business. He answers the calls, does the quoting, makes the tea. The rest of his days are spent doing what he loves the most - installing high-quality AV systems.

Tara's been a part of Smart Vision's success since day one. However, more recently she makes sure things tick over and run smoothly in the office. Her ‘behind the scenes' role is vital and without Tara, we'd have a lot of paperwork to catch up on.
Tom joined Smart Vision in 2019. He is the all-round installation expert, specialising in fitting alarms and CCTV systems. Apart from with a cup of tea in hand, he's never happier than when up a ladder or crawling through a loft to hide those pesky cables.
