Francois Brisebois is the Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Executive Board since 2012. He joined Compagnie Financière Tradition in 2002 as Head of Group financial reporting before being appointed Group financial controller in 2009. Prior to joining Compagnie Financière Tradition, he began his career at Ernst & Young in both Canada and Switzerland. Francois Brisebois holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Licence in Accounting Science from Laval University (Canada) and is a chartered accountant member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

Michael Anderson obtained a Bachelor degree in Economics from University College London. After some military service, he started in banking as a graduate trainee at a Scandinavian Merchant Bank, where he moved into fixed income trading. Four years trading at First Chicago Bank was followed by a role as London Treasurer and SVP at First City Texas. He then switched to broking in 1991 at Hawlow Butlers, taking a career break during the dot-com boom in 2000 to start an internet venture. He returned to broking, joining TFS as an Oil Broker in early 2001. After five years in the USA from 2002 to 2007 building TFS's Oil Business, he returned to London, coming off the desk, to manage and grow the TFS Oil franchise globally and the Energy businesses in Europe. After several years as CEO of TFS Ltd. He was promoted in 2016 to co-Head of the Tradition Group in London, then in 2019 to CEO of the Tradition London Group and affiliated offices in EMEA.
Michael Leibowitz began his career at Tradition Financial Services in 1991, and in 1993 became head of TFS Global Foreign Exchange operations in London. From 2000 to 2005, he was CEO of TFS-ICAP Volbroker, the leading liquidity provider in Global Foreign Exchange Options, and in 2006 he was appointed CEO of TFS Europe and Director of Global Group Equity Products. In November 2007, he was appointed CEO of Tradition Group's combined brokerage operations in London (TFS Europe and Tradition UK), and then CEO of Tradition Group's European operations in December 2008. Michael Leibowitz is also Tradition Group Chief Operating Officer (excluding Asia and Paris). He holds a law degree from Hofstra University, New York, and an economics degree from New York State University. Michael Leibowitz is a member of the Federal Foreign Exchange Committee (FXC).
