Angelos is currently a Consultant at Patrick Morgan, where he focuses on retained Partner and Experienced Hire searches. He has been a headhunter in the management and strategy consulting space since 2019 and has deep experience across functionalities, including financial advisory, transformation, value creation, and strategy. He has mainly served European markets, specifically the UK, BeNeLux, and DACH regions.
Angelos is passionate about helping people to reach their full potential and prides himself on being open and transparent with candidates, clients, and everyone he meets in the market.
Outside of work, Angelos enjoys connecting with his creative side through his camera, having BBQs with his friends and family, playing Padel, and going to the Emirates stadium to follow his beloved team.

After a number of years as a search consultant with a leading global firm, James founded Patrick Morgan in 2015 as a side hustle to support his medical studies. Since the firm's first hire in late 2018, he has quickly built up the team to a close-knit group with plans to grow exponentially year on year.
Alongside his management responsibilities, James takes a hands-on approach to search delivery whilst always looking to develop new offerings to better support clients in their decision making. He relishes the opportunity to tackle complex assignments, leveraging data science to crack the most challenging searches.
Working closely with its other Trustees, James set up the Patrick Morgan Foundation in 2019. Inspired by a former teacher, it is his ambition to end the employment gap faced by children from less well-off backgrounds. To date, James has led the Foundation's rapid scale-up to over 15 schools across the UK, improving the life opportunities of 2,000 pupils with significantly more to receive access to the Foundation's resources.
In his spare time, James is an avid sportsman and Arsenal supporter. He values time with family and can frequently be found on long walks, catching up with friends.
James was the first ever employee at Patrick Morgan, in 2018, after graduating from Bath with a degree in Sociology. He has been instrumental in the growth of the business ever since. Currently a Principal, he manages end-to-end search processes in Strategy, Transformation, and Advisory, among others, delivering on our clients' most senior hiring mandates. He also works closely with James O'Dowd in regards to business development.
Coming from a disadvantaged background himself, James is a passionate Trustee of the Foundation, building on its strategy and working hands-on with the young people we support.
Currently living in the historical Colchester, James is a devoted fan of ale and wine tasting, Star Wars, and flexitarian cooking. When not in the office, he can be found discovering new pubs with friends and family, reading, and enjoying a long walk.

Kelly brings several years of experience working in the recruitment sector and joined the Patrick Morgan team in 2022 as a Executive and Operations Assistant. Her main responsibility is ensuring all operational and administrational tasks are completed effectively. Additionally, Kelly provides support to the wider team by assisting with scheduling, administrative tasks, and a variety of ad hoc projects.
Kelly is a foodie, loves exploring new places in her spare time and the occasional trip to Oxford Street.
Louis joined Patrick Morgan in 2021 after earning a degree in French and Italian from the University of Exeter. Before making the move into Executive Search, Louis spent a few months in pursuit of the perfect IPA, working at a popular South London microbrewery in an Ops role.
Louis has developed a broad sector and functional expertise through supporting clients in Strategy, Management Consulting and Digital placements throughout EMEA. He works across all sectors, but has a particular interest in Private Equity, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrials, and Software & Hi-Tech. Now a Consultant, Louis also gets involved in as many aspects of Patrick Morgan as possible; leading on searches, writing articles, and helping to develop the Patrick Morgan Foundation's strategy and activities.
Outside of Patrick Morgan, Louis is a keen linguist and amateur musician who enjoys nothing more than going to gigs with friends and exploring what London has to offer at the weekends.
Philippa joined Patrick Morgan in early 2024 after four years in the recruitment industry, where she worked with clients across Life Sciences, Media, and Technology, focusing on mid-senior level hires.
At Patrick Morgan, she works with senior and executive candidates across tax, legal, strategy, and management consulting, ensuring that the firms she works with gain full access to the market to find the best talent.
Outside of the office, Philippa enjoys yoga, meditation, and reading.
