Bio Allie joined the 29SC team as a Senior Accountant. Prior to this position, Allie served on the Fraud Investigation and Disputes team at EY where she served as a neutral arbitrator in acquisition disputes, and she developed internal policies for clients armed at preventing corrupt practices. Allie also served as an Executive Recruiter for CPAs. Allie is a CPA, and she received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Brian Berry

Brian Berry is a Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region. He brings over 25 years of experience in the Washington DC metro area and has a deep knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate markets. During his career Brian has completed over $15B of investment and development transactions involving multi-family, office, and mixed-use assets. Brian has led and grown successful management teams within the private investment company, Tishman Speyer, where he served as Regional Managing Director, and public REITs Trizec Properties and Columbia Property Trust. He received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University. Brian attended the University of Wisconsin as an Evans Scholar, where he earned a BBA in Real Estate and Finance. Brian is a past President of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association where he remains active in the leadership of its first real estate fund. Brian is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, ULI, DCBIA, and WREAA.

Carolina Alilat

Bio Carolina Alilat is a Development Manager with a decade of successful experience in Project Management and Architectural Design. She will focus on managing concurrent real estate development projects from conception through permitting, coordinate with Construction Managers during construction, and coordinate with Property Managers during the lease-up process. Before joining 29th Street Capital, she assisted in managing multi-million-dollar developments and corporate operations for a private equity fund with assets in the Pacific Northwest. She achieved recordation of over 100 single family residential developments. Carolina obtained her Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) with a Minor in Multimedia from the University of Oregon in 2009.

Casey Davis - SVP

Casey Davis is a Senior Vice President of multifamily acquisitions and will be focusing on smaller multifamily properties specifically in the Oakland & San Francisco East Bay regions. He has more than 15 years of experience and has been involved in the acquisition of over 1,200 units in the East Bay. Prior to this position, Mr. Davis gained several years of acquisition/asset management experience, having worked for both The Apartment Group and Green Leaf Partners in the Bay Area. While at Green Leaf Partners he assisted in the underwriting, market research, and renovation oversight of a 2,000 unit multifamily portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.

Charles Bradbury

Bio Charles Bradbury is Senior Vice President of Development for the Southeast. Charles has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, including roles in brokerage, property management, acquisitions, and development. Prior to joining 29th Street Development, Charles has held senior management roles in the multifamily space and was a partner at a firm that acquired and developed retail, office, and self-storage properties. Charles is responsible for all new development project initiatives throughout the Southeastern US. Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Yale College.

Christine Mueller

Bio Christine Mueller is an associate/asset manager for 29SC, focusing on Phoenix, Las Vegas & San Diego. Mueller is responsible for all facets of 29SC asset management strategies and will be a vital piece of the multifamily acquisition platform including assisting 29SC expansion into the San Diego market. Mueller brings over five years of institutional experience in financial analysis, asset management and acquisitions. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Financial Analyst preparing financial reports and analyses for her Executive Management team. Before that, she supported the asset management team in the planning, forecasting and budgeting process for a Scottsdale-based publicly-traded REIT with over $3.3 billion in assets.

Christopher Steiner

Christopher Steiner is a Vice President of Acquisitions for 29th Street Capital in charge of multifamily acquisitions in Florida. Chris has over 15 years of experience working in real estate, construction management, and private equity. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Chris created an East Coast investment acquisition division within Southport Financial Services, one of the nation's largest affordable housing developers. At Southport, he was responsible for acquiring 2,000 multifamily units with an aggregate value of $250 million utilizing both internal capital and outside equity, sourced from institutional and high-net-worth investors. Originally from Colorado, Chris spent the first portion of his career working for investment firms in New York and London. After dedicating a year of volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, Chris shifted his focus towards an entrepreneurial venture with the mission of bringing cloud-based construction management to the remodeling industry. Chris received his BA from the University of Colorado with a major in Business Economics.

Claudia Zerdin

Dan has experience at all levels of the development chain including accounting for $500M+ of construction for a leading Midwest general contractor before transitioning into the ownership side.

Daniel "Danny" Serrano

Devan Cronin - EVP

Devan Cronin serves as the Executive Vice President of Technology for Haven Residential, where she leads property technology solution strategy as well as corporate technology and system initiatives. Devan has over 11 years of property management experience in numerous sectors including multi-family, privatized military, and student housing. Her previous roles include on-site and regional management, helping bridge the gap between operational needs and functional technology solutions. She has served as an outside consultant for multiple organizations to help identify technology gaps, areas of opportunity, and improvements to their operational efficiencies. Her area of expertise ranges from property management software and technology integrations to system administration, security and protocol. Devan holds a B.A. from the University of Tennessee.

Douglas Burt

He has acquired and managed over 3,200, value-add, units across those markets. Mr. Eddy has over 18 years of real estate investment, development and asset management experience in various property types including multifamily, retail and medical office. He has participated in transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion in that time. Immediately before joining 29th Street Capital, Mr. Eddy was the Acquisition Manager with Healthcare Trust of America where he closed $455 million in investments. Mr. Eddy obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated magna cum laude. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he graduated with honors.

Garrett Williams

Jeff Curran

Jeff Curran is the Senior Vice President of Development: Southwest at 29th Street Capital, responsible for expanding the firm's development footprint into the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, consulting, construction, and acquisitions. His broad experience began as a professional civil engineer and has progressed through decades of successful project development and guidance. His expertise encompasses large scale projects in commercial, industrial, and both single- and multi-family projects. Before joining 29th Street Capital, Jeff managed multimillion-dollar development projects both as an owner and as a consultant. He has also held senior executive roles with national and international consulting firms. Jeff holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Jeff is also a registered professional Civil Engineer.

John Kitson

Bio John Kitson is the Executive Vice President of Development for 29th Street Capital. He is responsible for leading all development and construction activities, from pre-development to implementation. During his 20 years of experience in real estate development, he has supported the delivery of more than 7,000 units of multifamily and student housing with over $2.5 billion in assets. Before joining 29th Street Capital, John was with CA Ventures for 8 years as the SVP of Development for the multifamily vertical, a role in which he managed the oversight of more than 30 developments throughout the US. Prior to CA, John was an architect and associate at Perkins + Will, where he completed several large scale domestic and international projects. During his architectural experience, he has worked on a variety of high-rise office buildings, mixed-use developments, education, federal and healthcare projects. Specializing in core and shell design and project management for projects, including several class A office buildings in London, UK. John earned a BA (with honors) in Architecture from Birmingham City University in Birmingham, England, and an International Master of Architecture from the University of Huddersfield in Huddersfield, England. He is a licensed Architect and a LEED accredited professional.

John Lauder

Jon Schneider

Bio Jon Schneider is a Vice President of Asset Management for 29th Street Capital, overseeing the asset management efforts of the firm's development portfolio. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Jon served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Fifield Companies, a Chicago based national development firm, where he was responsible for the lease-up and stabilized business plans for a portfolio of Class-A mid- and high-rise mixed-use developments in Chicago and Dallas. Prior to joining Fifield, Jon was with Chicago based investor GEM Realty Capital for nearly 10 years. As Vice President of Asset Management at GEM, he was involved in the asset management functions of the firm's investments covering a variety of asset types, including core and value-add multi-family, hospitality, office and industrial. Jon has also held positions in financial reporting for RSM, a public accounting firm, and for Equity Residential. Jon holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Augustana College, in Rock Island, Illinois.

Justin Lancellotta

Justin Lancellotta is the Vice President of Acquisitions for Central Texas. Alongside Senior Vice President Dan Howard, he is responsible for all facets of 29SC multifamily acquisitions and asset management strategies in the region. Karen holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College in Upstate, NY, and earned a master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA. Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is the Senior Vice President of Development Special Projects. During Kevin's 25-year career he has a proven track record of "soup to nuts" Project Management for a variety real estate asset classes with an emphasis on in-fill, alternative financing, and re-use development. His career includes significant service with a non-profit private housing developer, public redevelopment authority, and one of the largest public home builders in the country. Kevin recently spent the last decade as the on-site Development Project Manager for the Mill at Broadway, a +/-1,000 unit in-fill master-planned community in Sacramento. Additionally, he has significant experience in conceiving of and executing multi-million dollar economic and downtown redevelopment projects. Kevin received his Masters of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California Davis where his studies emphasis was Finance and Accounting & Real Estate.

Kristyn Monticup

Bio Kristyn joins our team with more than 25 years of experience in property management. Kristyn came to Haven from RangeWater Real Estate (FKA Pollack Shores and Matrix), where she served as Senior Director of Real Estate. Kristyn's portfolio consisted of 70 assets and 16,000 units, where she oversaw a team of 3 Directors and 15 Regional Directors. Kristyn is an experienced leader in the industry. Kristyn lives in Atlanta, Georgia but will oversee the entire East Coast. She will be responsible for strategic planning, programmatic initiatives, and managing our regional teams in the East. Together with Staci, she will be ultimately responsible for evaluating, improving, and maintaining a high-performing Property Management team. Her area includes Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Ohio; as well as any new markets in the east.

Marcus Pischedda

Living in Phoenix, Mr. Pischedda manages all capital projects and interior and exterior renovations for the Southwest and Southern California regions. Prior to 29th Street Capital, Mr. Pischedda was implementing the interior renovations for multifamily projects for Katerra.

Mark Chrisman

Bio 5. Mark Chrisman is the Managing Principal for 29th Street Ventures. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Property Technology industry and is the first to bring this specialty to the team. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Chrisman was founder and CEO of MWCPartners and Real Integrated Technology, LLC (rebranded to Varro), where he continues to serve on the board. Chrisman's previous roles also include experience in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, funding and portfolio management, and technology development. Chrisman has been a principal in over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout his career and has co-founded or invested in 10 PropTech or other technology-related firms. Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio University, and his MBA from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Matt Compton

Matt has over 15 years of real estate acquisitions, advising and management in the multi-family sector. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Matt held Senior Vice President roles within the region where he was responsible for the advisement and direction of acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalization of his client's multi-family assets. Additionally, Matt founded a privately owned multi-family investment brokerage where he arranged over 25 transactions in a 3-year period. Matt who earned his degree from The Ohio State University, is based in Columbus, Ohio.

Michael Porto

Bio Michael Porto is the Director of Project Management. Michael is responsible for overseeing the project management of all current developments as well as design and development management. Before joining 29th Street Capital, Michael spent 5 years as a Senior Project Manager at CA Ventures where he managed multifamily and student housing developments around the country. Prior to CA, Michael was a Project Architect at FGM Architects for 8 years. Michael holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He is also a registered architect in Illinois and Minnesota.

Milos Kozomora

Bio Milos Kozomora serves as the Vice President of Asset Management for 29th Street Capital, where he oversees the asset management efforts across the firm's entire portfolio. Prior to 29th Street Capital, Milos worked at Akara Partners, a Chicago based national development firm, where he worked on developing the firm's Active Adult investment strategy, as well as the underwriting and capitalization efforts of several ground up development deals. Milos was also responsible for building out and overseeing the the firm's asset management platform. Prior to joining Akara, Milos served as the President and Managing Broker of a full service residential real estate brokerage firm in Chicago. Milos holds a BSBA from the University of Denver with a major in Finance and minors in Economics and Accounting and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. Bio Patrick Hinsberger acts as Controller & Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at 29th Street Capital. His focus has been on managing operations, accounting and tax, legal and compliance, and information technology functions. Mr. Hinsberger oversees all middle and back office functions, including valuation, performance measurement, cash management and financial statements. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Mr. Hinsberger worked at GEM Realty Capital in asset management and valuation and was also a manager of financial reporting at RSM McGladrey focusing on real estate opportunity funds. Mr. Hinsberger received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College in 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Paul Melkus - CFO

Bio Paul Melkus serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Capital Markets at 29th Street Capital. In this role, Paul is responsible for company financials, investor reporting, institutional investor relations, banking and treasury management and acquisition execution for the 29th Street Capital team. Paul has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years. Previously, he has held the CFO position for a public REIT and served on its Board of Directors. Additionally, Paul held the role of Global Head of Capital Markets for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority's real estate team and served as a senior member of their investment committee. Paul earned his BA in Economics and Management from DePauw University and earned his Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin's Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics program. Paul is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Rachel Bardis

Rachel Bardis is the Senior Vice President of Development for Northern California. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in home building and land development. Rachel has first-hand experience working with some of the most successful builders in the Northern California region. Rachel developed and managed RB Management and Sales, played an active role in Reynen and Bardis Development, LLC, and was a full partner in Corinthian Homes. Rachel is also a partner in Bardis Homes. Rachel completed her education at Saint Mary's College of California, with a double major in Business and Economics, with an honors concentration in Finance.

Rob Gersch

Rob Gersch is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for 29th Street Capital in charge of multifamily acquisitions in Denver and throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Rob is an entrepreneurial real estate executive with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions & dispositions, development, structured finance, asset management, capital markets, distressed asset management / workouts and receivership for all major real estate product types and specialty sectors. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Rob was a Development Executive for Mortenson Development in Denver, CO. Rob's duties included site selection and acquisition, as well as management of design, entitlement, tenant recruitment and capital market efforts for multifamily and office development opportunities in Colorado. In 2008, Rob founded his own real estate services company (Gersch Real Estate, LLC). For over a decade, Rob successfully assisted clients nationwide with acquisitions & dispositions of commercial real estate assets & loans, development services, capital markets advisory services, asset management of distressed commercial real estate loans, troubled debt restructuring and investor due diligence. Prior to founding Gersch Real Estate, Rob worked closely with senior executives at Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Development Group, General Electric Commercial & Healthcare Real Estate Groups and Heller Financial. Rob is a native of Milwaukee, WI and throughout his real estate career has lived in Chicago, IL, Orange County, CA, Dallas, TX, Washington D.C. and Denver, CO. Rob earned a BBA in Business Administration with a double-major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rob Hedrick

Rob Hedrick is the Vice President of Development for 29th Street Capital. He is a licensed PE with over 28 years of experience in land development and site construction specializing in development management, land planning, master planning, engineering, and surveying. Rob's experience runs the gamut of development projects from multi-family to single family residential projects as well as development within the commercial, retail, institutional, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Rob held operational leadership roles with some of the most successful development consulting firms throughout the western United States. He is a proactive, multi-tasking professional with a history of providing solutions driven leadership with the keen ability to comprehensively manage professional teams, coordinate various disciplines, and lead design efforts that have resulted in the development of thousands of acres of sites and corresponding infrastructure and buildings. Rob holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Arizona. He is a Registered Civil Engineer in Arizona, California and Oregon.

Robb Bollhoffer

Bio Prior to this position at 29th Street Capital, Robb spent 8 years as a Managing Director at Strategic Capital Partners ("SCP"), a privately held real estate investment management company with assets of over $1 billion. At SCP, his focus was multifamily, student, and senior housing properties. Prior to joining SCP, Robb was a former Acquisition Manager at Trizec Properties Office Trust, one of the nation's largest public office REIT's before being acquired by Blackstone for $10B. Mr. Bollhoffer obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from DePaul (Kellstadt) University where he graduated with honors. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison where he also was a member of the Rowing Team. He is currently a board member of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.

Staci Schall

Bio Staci joins our team with over 30 years of experience in multi-family. Staci came to Haven from Avenue5 Residential, where she oversaw a 25 asset, 6,500 unit portfolio that spanned across 3 regional markets in the Southwest. Staci managed a team of 8 regional managers and 100 associates, playing a key role in establishing best operational practices as her portfolio grew. She is an experienced Vice President of Operations with proven success in real estate. Staci lives in Denver, Colorado but will oversee the entire West Coast. She will be responsible for strategic planning, programmatic initiatives, and managing our regional teams in the West. Together with Kristyn, she will be ultimately responsible for evaluating, improving, and maintaining a high-performing Property Management team. Her area includes Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas; as well as any new markets in the west.

Since inception, Stan has guided 29th Street Capital in the acquisition of over $2 billion in multifamily property, $500 million in single-family home portfolios, and $50 million in non-performing mortgage loans. Stan continues to oversee multiple business units and works alongside the other managing principals to determine which investments fit the firm's criteria. Prior to forming 29th Street Capital, Stan worked for 15 years with Citigroup and Goldman Sachs in derivatives and wealth management. Stan has structured and marketed over $10 billion of currency, interest rate and equity derivatives for institutional clients and managed in excess of $1 billion, including real estate private equity allocations, for high net worth individuals, family offices, corporations and family foundations.

Zach Shulruff - VP

Bio Zach Shulruff serves as Vice President of Investments. He focuses on underwriting and analysis for multifamily value-add and development opportunities nationally. Mr. Shulruff has 9 years of real estate investment, development, asset management, and value-add experience across a variety of asset types. In addition to managing acquisitions, his responsibilities at 29SC include asset management, investor relations, and transaction due diligence. Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Mr. Shulruff was Director of Acquisitions at CA Ventures on the multifamily acquisitions and asset management team. Prior to CA, he was a Senior Financial Analyst at JLL on the Downtown Chicago Office Landlord Representation team. He earned a BS in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He also maintains his real estate brokers license in Illinois.
