In 2007 brothers Bob Cates and Jon Cates started Advanced DKI with a push mower and a borrowed pick up truck from their father. Due to the misfortune of corporate downsizing the brothers saw a need and pursued their quest. What started with a push mower and the borrowed truck has grown to one of the top 500 contractors in the country as stated in the August 2014 issue of Qualified Contractor , a national publication servicing contractors. Today Advanced is a General Contracting firm that completes a full list of repairs and environmental remediation.
