He has more than 45 years of experience in various companies and has a rich knowledge of financial and business management. Throughout his professional career he has been a director of several publicly traded companies. He is currently a member of the board of: FEMSA, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Controladora Vuela Compañía de Aviación (VOLARIS), and Regional, S.A.B. DE C.V. He holds a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from ITESM and an MBA from Stanford University.
Alfredo is a Managing Partner of Glisco Partners with more than 20 years of experience in Private Equity in Mexico and Latin America. He joined Protego in 2003 and has been part of the private equity business since the launch of Fund I. In 2015 he led the management purchase of Evercore Mexico Capital Partners, which allowed the creation of Glisco Partners. Currently, he is involved in all the companies in glisco's portfolio: Javer, Diavaz DEP, Grupo Hunan, Dimex, Grupo Arca, Mezcal Amarás, ZeBrands, Siete Leagues Automotive, UltraOrganics, Yalo and Kueski.
Previously, he founded Actimart, a digital B2B company focused on LatAm. He has extensive experience in PE in Latin America (Banc of America Equity Partners), M&A (BT Wolfensohn) and strategic consulting (McKinsey). He is a former member of the Board of Directors of LAVCA and AMEXCAP. Alfredo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from ITAM.
He has over 27 years of experience in senior management, consulting, and venture capital. He has been a partner of Southern Cross Group since 2007 and, in addition to JAVER, is a director of: Planigrupo, a shopping mall developer and operator; Axity, a leading IT services company operating México, Colombia and Chile; and Even Group, an integrated developer of telecommunications infrastructure. He previously worked at Advent International, Netjuice Capital, and McKinsey. In 2002, he established the Mexican office of Endeavor, a non-governmental organization that promotes entrepreneurship. He is currently a member of the YPO México City Chapter. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of México (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, or UNAM), a Masters in Systems Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He joined Javer in 2007 as Controller, after holding the same position at Grupo Senda for eight years. He has a degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, or UANL) and an MBA from the University of Monterrey (Universidad de Monterrey, or UDEM). He also completed the D-1 Senior Management Program of the PanAmerican Institute for High Business Management (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa, or IPADE).
Co-founder and CEO of Pensam Capital, an alternative investment and asset management firm focused on retail and residential real estate throughout the United States. Since 2009, Pensam has invested more than USD$3.5 billion in 35,000 multi-family homes throughout the USA. Mr. Ackerman also serves as executive officer of Inmobilaria Torre M, a mixed-use project, and Desarrollos Industriales Nexxus, S.A. de C.V., focused on industrial facilities in Nuevo León. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University.

Since 2005, he has been working in the housing sector for companies such as ARA and COI. He joined Javer as Sales Manager in 2007 and was promoted to Commercial Manager in 2011, later appointed CCO in 2015. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences, with a specialization in Organizational Development, from the UANL (Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León).
He joined Javer as COO in January 2021. In the last 15 years he has performed throughout different areas of the health sector, holding the Managing Director position in 4 hospitals. From December 2015 until December 2020 he was the Managing Director for Hospital Christus Muguerza Alta Especialidad. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and a MBA from the PanAmerican Institute for High Business Management (IPADE).

Marcos Mulcahy is a partner at Southern Cross Group, one of the leading private equity firms in Latin America, with over Ps. 3.3 billion in capital raised. Mr. Mulcahy has over 20 years of professional experience in operations, M&A, and private equity investments. He was involved in the operation and is currently a member of the board of directors of seven of Southern Cross' portfolio companies: Planigrupo, a shopping mall developer and operator, Axity, a leading IT services company operating México, Colombia and Chile; Even Group, an integrated developer of telecommunications infrastructure; and Super Xtra, the biggest supermarket chain in Panama; BBT, an internet service provider in Argentina; and Esmax Real Estate, the real estate division of one of the main fossil fuels distributors in Chile and Javer. Prior to joining Southern Cross in 2008, he was CEO of Ecnex International, a technology services company that became the largest provider of broadband services to the hotel industry in Latin America. Prior to that, Mr. Mulcahy worked at BAM&A, an investment banking boutique in Argentina; and Pérez Companc, a leading Argentine energy conglomerate. He studied Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.

He founded the Company 48 years ago and has been involved in the housing development industry ever since. He is an active member of the National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry (Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoción de Vivienda, or CANADEVI by its Spanish acronym) and the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción, or CMIC). He has other personal ventures, such as Pabellón M, Pabellón M Auditorium and Desarrollos Industriales Nexxus, S.A. de C.V.

He has 35 years of professional practice at KPMG where he was the Northeast Regional Director and National Director of Markets. He chairs the audit committee of Javer and Fibra Inn and is a member of the audit committees of Grupo Financiero Afirme, Banca y Seguros Afirme. He serves on several boards of directors of his clients at Growth & Profit Consulting, where he is the managing partner since 2009. Mr. Gomez is a certified public accountant from the University of Guadalajara (Universidad de Guadalajara), a graduate of IPADE's AD2 senior management program and Wharton KPMG's International Business Program.

He joined Javer as Chief Operating Officer in 2009 and was promoted to CEO in 2017. He was CEO of MMCinemas for over 15 years until its sale to the Larrea family, a period during which the company became the second-largest movie theater operator in México. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, or ITESM by its Spanish acronym).
Mr. Klein is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, or ITESM by its Spanish acronym) and holds an MBA from the Panamerican Institute for High Business Management (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa, or IPADE). He joined JAVER in 2006 and was appointed Director of Planning and Acquisition of Land Bank in 2012. He is currently the CEO of Inmobiliaria Torre M, where its most important project is Pabellón M, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León. In addition, Mr. Klein is a member of the board of directors and advisor of CANADEVI and a member of the YPO Monterrey Chapter.

She holds a BA in Business Informatics from the UANL (Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León), a Master's in Business Administration and a Specialization in Project Management from the University of the Americas. She has more than 20 years of experience in key executive positions at multinational companies such as Cemex, Neoris and British American Tobacco. She also has multiple certifications in her field of expertise, including Digital Transformation Strategy program of the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
Sebastián Villa joined Southern Cross Group in 1999. He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and has served as board member of hotelDO, MMCinemas, Planigrupo, Javer, MorePharma, the Port of Barranquilla, Ultrapetrol, Solaris, Brinox and Topico. Prior to joining Southern Cross, Mr. Villa worked at Three Cities Private Equity, the Boston Consulting Group, and Royal Dutch Shell. He holds an Economics degree from the Universidad de San Andrés and an MBA from Columbia University.
He has over 22 years of experience in business administration and capital investments. He is the founder and CEO of Arzentia Capital. Prior to that, he held several positions in Grupo IMSA, including Industrial Sales Manager of IMSA Acero, Strategic Planning Director of Stabilit and CEO of United Panel. Before to joining IMSA, he was Business Development Manager at Seminis Inc. He is a Biochemical Engineer from ITESM and holds an MBA with a Specialty in Finance from The Wharton Business School.

She joined Javer in 2011 and was responsible for the Company's investor relations and financing department. Since mid-2019, she has held her new position. She worked at Fitch Ratings in the mutual and pension funds analysis team, and at Banco Base, in the area of counterparty risk. She has a degree in International Finance from UDEM and an MBA from the same institution. She has completed Senior Management Programs of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Extended School and the University of Chicago.

- Víctor Manuel Requejo Hernández
Renowned for his career in the real estate and mortgages sector. In 1994, he created Hipotecaria Nacional, of which he was a Director, later becoming part of BBVA Bancomer. He has held key corporate positions, such as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Hipotecaria Bancomer. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Inmobiliario Mexicano, S.A., of which he was also founder and Chief Executive Officer. His expertise in the financial and real estate sectors spans 59 years. He holds a law degree from UNAM and a certification in business administration from IPADE, recently received a Master's Degree in Mexican History from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
