ALPHA INVESTMENTS

Alpha Investments was founded in 2017 by Ronnie Cohen and Alon Shkalim. It all began sometime at the end of 2016, when Ronnie Cohen flew on a trip to southern Israel and recognized great investment potential in the amazing city of Eilat. Very quickly, Ronnie suggested to his good friend Alon Shkalim to come and examine the hidden potential in the city as well. A few days later, the two flew to Eilat and began to explore the city together. Shortly afterwards, they began building a team to promote investments in the south of the country and in just a few months, the first deal was signed. The Alpha project was launched (from there, of course, the company's name originated) with a beautiful, small apartment that was only 100 meters in size. From there, the rest is history. For a year and a half, Ronnie and Alon purchased ten properties in the city of Eilat, then continued the successful platform to other major cities, such as: Beer Sheva, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, Tiberias, Eilat.
