BEN C. RODGERS was named senior vice president - treasurer and Midstream and Marketing in April 2020. Previously, he was vice president and treasurer. Mr. Rodgers joined the company from EIG Global Energy Partners, where he served as senior vice president and led an investment team focusing on originating and managing oil and gas debt and equity investments in North America. Before that, he was with Concho Resources serving in a variety of leadership roles including vice president of Commodities and Midstream and vice president and treasurer. He also held the role of vice president, Syndicated and Leveraged Finance, in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Securities. Before that, he was senior consultant in the Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young. DAVID A. PURSELL is executive vice president of Development. Mr. Pursell previously served as executive vice president of Planning, Reserves and Fundamentals. Before joining the company in early 2018, Mr. Pursell served as managing director of Investment Banking for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. (TPH). Previously, he served as head of Macro Research and was one of the founders of Pickering Energy Partners, Inc. in 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Pursell was director of Upstream Research at Simmons & Company International. Earlier in his career, he worked in various production and reservoir engineering assignments at S.A. Holditch and Associates, which is now part of Schlumberger. While at Holditch, Mr. Pursell's focus was on unconventional gas development in the U.S. and India as well as international field studies in Mexico, Egypt, Venezuela, Indonesia, and Russia. He began his career at ARCO Alaska in Anchorage with production and operations engineering assignments in South Alaska and the North Slope. Mr. Pursell holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University.

GARY T. CLARK was named vice president of investor relations in August 2014. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Clark was vice president of investor relations and research at Chesapeake Energy Corporation since 2012. Prior to that, he accumulated 18 years of experience on both the buy-side and sell-side oil and gas equity markets. His buy-side experience includes serving as senior securities analyst with the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio and co-portfolio manager with Dynamis Advisors, LLC. On the sell-side, his experience includes serving as senior exploration and production (E&P) coverage research analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc., where he was selected by The Wall Street Journal's Best on the Street ranking as one of the nine "home-run hitters" across all sectors and firms. Mr. Clark began his career in Apache's Treasury department in the early 1990s. Mr. Clark holds a CFA designation and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in business administration/finance.

Previously, Mr. Hill oversaw the centralization of Apache's global supply chain organization. He joined Apache in 2017 as director of Corporate Supply Chain. He began his career at American Airlines where he held various roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Hill has a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
