Arjun Seth

Arjun Seth is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and product development. He is charged with successfully onboarding EnableComp clients while ensuring a positive experience through implementation and beyond. He also leads EC's Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Management efforts. Arjun joined the team from HMS, Inc., where he led full-scale implementations of FWA, pre-payment, and post-payment integrity solutions for state Medicaid agencies and MCOs. He holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is an active member of his community and is proud to call Nashville home.

Ashley Long - Chief Legal Officer, CHRO

Ashley Long, Esq. joined the team in 2021 and has over 20 years' experience in the healthcare sector including several administrative, compliance and legal executive leadership roles throughout her career. Prior to joining EnableComp, she served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Adfinitas Health. Ashley also led HR teams at Sentient, American Radiology Services, Symphony Health Services, and several others. She has a BA from Saint Mary's College of Maryland and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Brad Cross

Brad Cross brings over 22 years of revenue cycle management experience to EnableComp. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales, Hospital Solutions Division with Availity. Cross also worked in sales at Conifer Health Solutions, IDX Corporation and McKesson Inc. Before beginning his career in sales, he worked 13 years as a paramedic in the Atlanta area. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from West Georgia College and holds an Associate's degree in Emergency Medicine. Cross has also been a frequent speaker at both HFMA and NAHAM conferences (Regional and local) on topics related to "Avoiding Revenue Leakage" and "The Fast and the Furious - Revenue Cycle of the Future". Cross also serves on the Advisory Board for "MyCare Finance."

Brent McCarty

Brent has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the healthcare revenue cycle, services and technology industries. Prior to joining Argos Health, he held positions as CEO at various multi-site healthcare service companies after beginning his healthcare career in the hospital industry. Previously, he was President and COO of Accuro Healthcare Solutions, a revenue cycle technology and services firm. He received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Caroline Dechert

Caroline Dechert is a Principal, having joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2012. Prior to joining WCAS, she worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley.

David F. Jones

David Jones brings more than 40 years of leadership experience to his role as CEO of EnableComp and the organization's holding company, Complete Holdings Group. Jones came to EC in 2009 as an organization development consultant, joined the company as its President in 2010 and became the CEO and a Board Member in 2017. His prior experience as both an entrepreneur and Fortune 200 executive has proved invaluable as the company as experienced explosive growth during his tenure. Active on a several Boards and Advisory Committees, David holds a BS in Management from the University of Tennessee and a MBA from the University of Houston. He completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Michigan, Rice University, and The College of Executive Coaching. David was an accountant by trade and spent many years in one of the largest national accounting firms. He moved to Nashville to join the corporate operations of HealthAmerica Corporation, which had been founded by Phil Bredesen, former Nashville mayor and Tennessee Governor.

Ed Sobol

Ed Sobol is a General Partner in the Healthcare Group, having joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2010. Before joining WCAS, he worked at Bain Capital Private Equity, beginning in 2003. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Hamilton Bowman - COO, President

Hamilton Bowman, President and Chief Operating Officer, is a seasoned healthcare leader responsible for delivering client solutions for EnableComp through the management of client relationships, operational oversight, and technology initiatives. Prior to joining EnableComp in 2011, he held multiple senior leadership positions with AIM Healthcare Services (later acquired by Ingenix/Optum). He holds his BA, MA, and MBA degrees from Vanderbilt University. Hamilton was selected as a member of the 2016 Nashville Health Care Council Fellows program and is active with several local non-profit boards.

Jason Wallis - CTO

As CTO for EnableComp, Jason Wallis is responsible for the long-range direction of EnableComp's technology functions including their proprietary software, Enforcer360. Wallis brings over 20 years experience leading technical and product teams with a passion for innovation and solving complex problems in healthcare. He joined EnableComp in 2022 from Availity where he served in various product leadership roles including Passport Health Communications (later acquired by Experian). He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University and graduated with honors as a Welch Scholar from the Jack Welch Management Institute where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 2017.

John Orsini

John Orsini, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (NMHC) has proven expertise in the strategic financial management of multi-hospital health systems and brings with him more than 30 years of healthcare finance experience. Previously, John was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Health and upon completion of the merger, became the SVP and CFO for NMHC. Prior to joining Cadence Health, John was the CFO of Presence Health and has held other various leadership positions for Scripps Health and Dignity Health. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University, Phoenix, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Tomaino

Mark Tomaino is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team and focuses on investments in the healthcare information technology industry, having joined WCAS in 2010. Prior to joining The TriZetto Group, Mark worked at Bausch & Lomb Incorporated in a variety of legal, strategy, and business development roles.

Mike Butler

Mike Butler is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team, having joined WCAS in 2020. He works on investment opportunities in the health system provider space focusing on ancillary clinical & physician services, administrative & technology services, and home & community services. His focus is on commercialization and co-investment strategies with health system & physician partners. He works with portfolio companies to define and execute their go-to-market strategies and the product growth components of their Value Maximization Plans. Mike currently serves as a Board Director for Leiters, Argos and The Health Management Academy. Before joining WCAS, he served as president at Providence, leading strategy, operations, and innovation for the 3rd largest health system in US.

Phil Molner - CEO

Phil serves as managing partner of Primus Capital, a private equity firm that invests in growing healthcare and technology companies. In addition to EnableComp, Phil serves on the Board of Directors of Forte Research Systems, Medhost, Payspan, and SkillSurvey. His historical investments include AOD Software, Encore Legal Solutions, ExactCare Pharmacy, Passport Health, PathGroup, SterilMed, Universal Tax Systems, and Vendormate. Before joining Primus, Phil served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a BA summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

Randy Dobbs - CEO

Randy Dobbs joined EnableComp in March 2022 as the CEO of the combined company. Prior to leading the team, he served as CEO of American Vision Partners/Medical Management Resource Group, a multi-practice medical vision care industry leader. As a CEO of several billion-dollar companies, Randy is a proven leader who has successfully operated and grown businesses including Matrix Medical Network, S. Investigation Services, Philips Medical System North America, and GE Capital IT Solutions. He spent 27 years at General Electric and rose to become one of the 150 corporate officers. He has also served as a senior operating executive with private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.

Scott MacKenzie

Scott MacKenzie is the Chief Executive Officer for RevSpring, joining the company in March of 2019. He is a veteran of healthcare industry technology, with over 25 years of leadership experience in consumer engagement, analytics, payments, and digital transformation. Most recently, Scott served as CEO of M*Modal, a leading technology provider of advanced clinical documentation solutions, recently acquired by 3M. Prior to that, Scott was CEO of Passport Health Communications until its acquisition by Experian, where he served as President of Experian Health. Scott was also part of McKesson Corporation as President of RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions. He has held executive positions at Cerner Corporation and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from Utah State University.

Terry Pefanis - CFO

Terry Pefanis joined EnableComp in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and finance including his most recent role as Senior Vice President for Revenue Cycle and Business Transformation at Envision Healthcare. Over the course of his career, he served as CFO for SSI Group, MEDHOST, and Big Idea, Inc. with his role to oversee all activities in finance, compliance, and operations. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and resides locally in Brentwood, Tennessee where he raised his three children.
