He spent 7 years leading the transformation of thyssenkrupp Elevator to becoming the innovation leader of a global industry while reaching its best-ever levels of profitability. thyssenkrupp Elevator was sold for 17.2 bn, one of Europe's biggest ever buyout deals.
Andreas was President and CEO of Siemens Building Technologies in the USA and Senior Vice President in the Siemens electric utility sector in Switzerland.
Andreas holds an MSc from the University of Dresden, Germany, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School (AMP176), USA.
In doing so, Bernhard Gruber has deep expertise in highly competitive industries such as IT, Telecommunications, Media and Medtech. Mr. Gruber has more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology management, project management, change management, innovation and product development. The design of modern agile IT organizations with regard to IT compliance, IT security and data protection are a focus of Mr. Gruber's activities. Prior to joining Atreus, he worked for leading global companies in IT & Telecommunications, Media and Medtech in various executive positions.

Christian Gieselmann is an entrepreneurial C-level Manager and Consultant. From 2018 to 2021, he was spokesman of the management board at Warsteiner Group.
For 25 years, his professional career has been based on the two pillars Top Management (execution) and Consulting (strategy) in the consumer goods industry, enabling him to develop special problem-solving and leadership skills in all C-level positions and supervisory boards. Major career stages were: Roland Berger, Barilla, Lieken/Kamps, Warsteiner, Trinks. Currently he is Senior Advisor FMCG & Retail at Weissman & Cie. and member of the Key Executive Programme at EY Parthenon.
He started his professional career in the family business Chocolaterie Gieselmann as co-founder and managing director.

Dirk Lessing has more than 20 years of top management experience in B2C retail and B2B business: most recently he was COO and CHRO of Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof GmbH, and before that he was a board member for several years of a specialised B2B supplier, Takkt AG, for industrial equipment listed on the S-Dax.
Dirk Lessing has extensive experience in business development and in the transformation of business models of medium-sized companies. His focus is on the profound organizational, cultural and process changes that are required for successful digital transformation.
Dirk Lessing holds a wealth of experience in working with family businesses as well as with companies in the corporate environment.
Since 2016, he has been a member of the board of bevh, the German association for e-commerce and mail order, and supports entrepreneurs and founders as an advisory board member and professional advisor.
Dr. Albert X. Kirchmann has 30 years of professional experience in senior management positions.
He was CFO, strategist and product planner for Daimler's global commercial vehicle business. Most recently, he was responsible for Daimler Asia's Truck & Bus business as CEO and Chairman.
In addition, Dr. Kirchmann has served on numerous supervisory boards and industry organizations, e.g. the Chamber of Commerce and the Automotive Association.

Dr. Frank Kurth is an experienced manager in large companies and in managing complex projects.
Dr. Frank Kurth's focus is on IT-based projects and tasks. He started his career at Deutsche Bank AG in the field of European retail banking with stations in Frankfurt and Barcelona. Zuletzt verantwortete er die IT-Infrastruktur der Bank in EMEA. Subsequently, he took over the management of the foreign subsidiaries of T-Systems SI at Deutsche Telekom AG as well as the management of their automotive business, among other things. Since 2016, he has been working as an interim manager on numerous major projects as well as on mandates in Germany and abroad. Dr. Frank Kurth holds a doctorate in physics (s.c.l.) with a minor in business administration.
Dr. Frank Stieler is Industry Expert, Mentor and Non-Executive Board Member. He was CEO of KraussMaffei Group until 2020, which he has listed at the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Prior to that, he managed the company first for a Canadian private equity owner and then for a Chinese state-owned company. At Hochtief AG (2008 - 2012) he was CEO and prepared the realignment of the Group.
Today, Frank Stieler works as a mentor for board members and executives and has various mandates with consulting firms and Private Equity. He also serves on various advisory boards.
Frank Stieler has worked for very different companies and owners, including Lurgi, Metallgesellschaft, Enron and Siemens, where he has built up and consolidated the oil and gas business.
Frank Stieler studied law at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt and received his doctorate there.
Dr. Helmut Gassel advises the semiconductor and electronics industry with more than 30 years of international top management experience
Most recently, as a member of the Management Board of Infineon Technologies AG, he was responsible for Sales, Marketing & Regions, Strategy Development, M&A and IP. Before that, he managed the Industrial Power and Security divisions at Infineon, spent 3 years in Detroit for the automotive division and began his career in technology and product development. As a board member in national and international industry associations (BITKOM, GSA, ZVEI, OAV) and as a curator of numerous institutions, he has influenced the development of the semiconductor and electronics industry in various functions.
Gassel is a graduate physicist and received his doctorate in electrical engineering in the field of semiconductors. He is active as an investor and board member and advises private equity and other corporations in decarbonization and digitization.
Dr Joerg Karas is a business angel, consultant and has 20 years of international experience in the consumer goods industry.
He focuses on the key topics of innovation, strategy, digitalisation and the future of business models. In his career to date, he has been active in a variety of leadership positions in B2B and B2C - as CEO, production or development manager or in the establishment of international subsidiaries. Until 2020, Dr Karas acted as Group Managing Director of the renowned Schwan-STABILO Group, which includes the STABILO, Schwancosmetics, DEUTER and Ortovox brands.
In recent years, he has focused on consulting and coaching in the areas of leadership and digital transformation. In addition, he contributes his expertise and entrepreneurial spirit as an advisory board member as well as in a number of start-ups (including greenhats GmbH, Connect Mobility GmbH).
Dr. Jürgen Meffert has over 30 years of experience in digital transformation.
His professional career has been shaped by his long-term position as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company. For more than 30 years, Dr. Jürgen Meffert has been consulting technology and medium-sized companies worldwide, particularly in digital transformation, growth and innovation of business models.
He is a sought-after expert, advisor and key note speaker at technology and business forums and has published several books on strategy topics as well as innovation management, including as author of the book "Digital@Scale: The Playbook You Need to Transform Your Company".
He is CEO of the Institute for Market-oriented Management and Serial Start-up High-Tech investor. He has been a close companion of Atreus since 2017 and Senior Advisor since 2022.

Dr. Matthias Braun is an industry expert in the field of pharmaceuticals, a consultant and an advisory board member. Until 2022, he was Managing Director for active ingredient production and manufacturing at Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH in Frankfurt.
Dr. Braun now works as a consultant and interim manager and is involved in a start-up in the field of medicine. Dr. Braun studied chemistry at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, where he wrote his dissertation.
Dr. Michael Schneider has extensive C-level experience as CEO and CFO in stock listed companies, private equity and family businesses.
Until end of 2022 he was CEO of NORMA Group SE, a German stock listed industry supplier with 1.3 bn sales. He was CFO in mid-sized and multi-billion sales companies in different industries like automotive, healthcare, water management, and chemicals.
He has broad experience in strategic management of companies, financial management, M&A- and transaction projects and in the communication to stakeholders, in growth and transformation periods as well as in restructuring and crisis management.
Michael Schneider studied business administration where he also holds a PhD. He focuses on advisory, board functions and investments.
Dr. Peter Köhler has 30 years of experience in the international management of electrical engineering, automotive and technology corporations (Pilkington, Heraeus, Weidmueller Group).
After holding leading positions within Flachglas AG/ Pilkington Europe, Dr. Köhler first became CEO of connectool and later a member of the executive board of the Weidmueller Group. He then moved to the Heraeus Group, where he headed the largest subgroup, W.C. Heraeus, as co-CEO. He then became CEO of the Weidmueller Group.
Dr. Köhler has been a member of numerous associations with a connection to technology, industry and Asia, including the ZVEI (Restricted Board), the VDA, the Senate of the German Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech), the National Platform for Electromobility and the Asia-Pacific Committee (APA).
Dr. Köhler has many years of experience in supervisory and advisory boards of family- and PE-managed companies as well as an advisor to leading private equity firms.
Dr. Simon Mehler's focus is on projects and programs in the fields of restructuring and turnaround, especially production, supply chain, procurement and R&D and the interim staffing of top-management positions.
His activities are primarily concentrated in the fields of automotive and electronics industry as well as in mechanical engineering and plant construction. Dr. Mehler has more than 15 years of international experience in strategy consulting and in general management positions in the industry.

Dr. Stefan Schmitgen has more than 30 years of international experience in top management consulting.
He has served as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in the German office, in Beijing and in Tokyo, and his responsibilities at McKinsey included the European mobile industry, the Asian telecom and media industry, and the Business Technology Office in Japan. He brings his many years of consulting experience to technology start-ups as an independent senior advisor, as an advisory board member and as a business angel.
