Adam joined AVITAS in March 2015 with eight years of experience as an analyst with government contractors.
Adam is a licensed private pilot and an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
Experience:
Adam joined AVITAS in 1997 after working as an economist with Douglas Aircraft Company, to oversee AVITAS's consulting services. He is also responsible for supporting customers with studies including traffic forecasts, economic forecasts, statistical analyses, strategic planning, and airline industry issues. His last position at Douglas Aircraft Company was Chief Economist and Director of Strategic Planning with responsibility for all economic analyses performed for the company, both in-house and through vendors. In addition, Adam was the publisher and editor of the annual "Outlook" publications.
Adam is also well-known for his presentations at a wide range of industry conferences and is also frequently asked to present to the management committees of various aviation industry companies, including airlines and OEMs.
Adam was awarded the prestigious ISTAT Award at ISTAT Americas 2020, and is a current ISTAT board member

Chris joined AVITAS in 2004 bringing with him 16 years of IT experience from both small and international businesses. Chris has worked in Financial, Retail, Insurance and Consulting industries gaining a global perspective on information systems and solutions. With a breadth of experience from IT system design and implementation, running helpdesks, project managing new initiatives and support of systems both local and remote, Chris is well placed to manage all facets of technology for AVITAS. Chris is primarily responsible for the development and running of AVITAS.com and AVITAS Online. Both client and internal facing, Chris handles support, development and new technological initiatives.

Experience:
Prior to joining AVITAS in 1993, John was with McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation where he was the senior analyst responsible for asset valuations, residual value forecasts, portfolio management and remarketing activities. John also worked at Douglas Aircraft Company, where he performed economic, market and financial analyses for airline customers in the Western Hemisphere. In addition to his role as President & CEO of AVITAS, he remains active in performing asset management advisory services, special studies, forecasts, and providing expert testimony. John has overseen the valuation of thousands of aircraft and has testified on numerous occasions as an expert witness regarding aircraft values, appraisals and transactions.
John is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser, he was a longtime ISTAT board member and past President, and is a member of the Equipment Leasing Association's Aviation Committee.

Martin O'Hanrahan joined AVITAS in 2000, having previously held positions at ITA in Paris, the Airclaims Group in London and Qantas in Sydney.
He is an ISTAT Certified Senior Appraiser and is currently serving a second term on the ISTAT International Board of Governors (IBG).

Rikard joined AVITAS in July 2005 bringing a combined 17 years of experience in areas of business management, aircraft technical sales and airplane performance analysis. Prior to joining AVITAS, Rikard worked for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group and Douglas Aircraft Company as Customer Engineer. In this role, he provided technical airplane performance and aircraft configuration support for sales campaigns, developed marketing strategies and managed in production aircraft deliveries. Prior to that position, Rikard was Lead Engineer of MD-11 Flight Test and Aerodynamics Certification Performance. His duties included test methodology, data processing and data validation procedures, with particular emphasis on cruise, takeoff, landing testing and certification.
Rikard joined AVITAS in 2005 bringing 17 years of experience in business management, aircraft technical sales, flight test and performance analysis. Rikard is an ISTAT Certified Senior Appraiser, Fellow.

Experience:
Roya joined AVITAS in 1998, bringing 12 years of experience working in public accounting and as well as private companies, including 8 years as the Controller for a leading architectural firm in Washington, DC.
In addition to managing all aspects of the accounting and financial functions at AVITAS, Roya is also the head of HR and handles all company benefits.
Roya is also actively involved in asset valuations projects, including Spares Inventory Valuations and leads the spares team at AVITAS.

Experience:
Tim joined AVITAS in January 2013 with 24 years in aviation. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of AVITAS's Technical Services department as we perform inspections of on-lease, redelivery, and pre-purchase aircraft and their maintenance records. He also manages other projects requiring specialized technical expertise, aircraft management, or contract negotiation experience and works with AVITAS's financial industry Clients in developing tailored asset management solutions. He came to AVITAS after 5 years at AerCap as Vice President Technical - The Americas where he negotiated technical contracts, transitioned aircraft to and from aircraft lessees, and managed aircraft and engines on lease to commercial airlines in the region.
Prior to AerCap, Tim was at Delta Air Lines for 17 years in roles throughout Aircraft Engineering, Aircraft Contracts, and Aircraft Acquisition & Sales.
Tim is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
