Dr. Christopher Bauer has practiced dentistry for over 11 years, and founded Bauer Dental Co. more than 5 years ago. His goal was to create a modern, future-focused practice where patients could get expert dental care in a safe, friendly, and laid-back environment. Dr. Bauer originally was drawn to dentistry due to his interest in both science and hands-on work. He attended UCSB for his undergraduate education, then moved across the country to Temple University, where he earned his dental degree.
Dr. Bauer is dedicated to continuing his dental education and has stayed up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology after graduating from dental school. Today, he's a speaker and a trainer, focusing primarily on CEREC and CAD/CAM dentistry. He is also a Key Opinion Leader for multiple dental companies where they ask for his feedback regarding emerging products and technology.
Dr. Bauer's favorite part of dentistry is seeing how patients react when their smiles are transformed. Eliminating pain, restoring teeth, and touching the lives of patients make dentistry meaningful to Dr. Bauer. When he's not at our office or training new dentists on CEREC techniques, you'll find Dr. Bauer golfing at one of Fresno's many beautiful golf courses, watching sports, and staying busy with his three children.

Emily has been an R.D.A. since 2021, but she has worked with Dr. Bauer since 2020. She is an excellent assistant and great with patients. She takes her time with each patient to ensure they get individualized care. Emily loves digital dentistry and not having to take as many goopy impressions that all patients hate. She has one daughter and in her free time, enjoys hanging out with her family and friends.

Francis has been an R.D.A. since 2010 and shortly thereafter, started working with Dr. Bauer in 2011. She is highly skilled in all facets of assisting, but has put an emphasis on digital dentistry. She has worked with the CEREC system since 2016 and is well versed in CBCT x-rays, inLab software, and 3D printing. Francis enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. On the weekends, she can usually be found watching her boys on the soccer field.

Hilary has been a R.D.H with Dr. Bauer since 2016. She is passionate about oral health and hygiene. Hilary truly loves what she does and it shows with how she cares for her patients. Her favorite part of the job is making patients feel great about their smile. Also, getting to work with her brother keeps things interesting. Outside of the office, Hilary loves to spend time with her family.

Tara has been the office manager for Dr. Bauer since 2016. She has worked in the dental field for many years, including working for an insurance company. So, she is a great resource for helping our patients navigate any insurance questions they may have. What makes Tara a special office manager is she can connect with all of our patients on a personal level. She has a way of making everyone feel like they have been her friends for years. In her free time, Tara is usually cooking with her trusty sidekick, Lily. Lily is Tara's fur baby, therapist, and life co-pilot.
