Anton Magnani has been the Chief Executive Officer of BMB Manifattura Borse SpA since April 2017. He is responsible for Company Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Customers Relations and Communication.
Born in 1959, Anton graduated at the Polytechnic of Milan in Architecture and is a veteran in the shoe and leather goods industry with over 30 years of experience. Formerly CEO of Sutor Mantellassi, contributing to its best brand positioning since years. Previous experiences include SVP Shoes & Leather Accessories at Hugo Boss, Product and Design Director at Clarks and Design and Development Director at Bally after a career in design consultancy and developing own brand Dry-shoD.

Gianluca Maino is Chief Operations Officer and has been a member of the Managing Board since April 2019. He is responsible for Production, R&D and Supply Chain Management.
Born in 1976, Gianluca graduated in Psychology of Work and Organizations in Padua, Italy. He moved his first professional steps at Hugo Boss in 2004, before moving to China where he spent 10 years. First organizing and managing the Hugo Boss Asian Sourcing Office from 2007 to 2015 and then from 2015 to 2016 for PVH. He joined BMB Manifattura Borse SpA as Operations Director in April 2017.
Gianni is a leather-goods guru with more then 30 years of experience, he manages the whole technical process from pattern design to prototyping, coordinating a pool of talented craftsmen and technicians.
He moves elegantly and is a key figure in the Scandicci Leather-goods District, where back in time worked for the likes of Ferragamo, leading all special projects, innovative materials and workmanships; Group Puig developing their brands Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera and Paco Rabanne.
Later at Bally he was responsible for development and industrialization for all lines and Asia sourcing. Finally he built the Scandicci Development Centre at Hugo Boss, where he was leading global R&D activities for leather-goods collections.
Gianni is well appreciated for his ability to translate design inputs and turn them into beautiful bags… in constant dialogue with creatives and developers.
In a very early stage he was pioneering CAD software development, contributing to new solutions how to realize pattern designwork.
Material's knowledge, skilled workmanship, experience and ingenuity are the ingredients of his everyday work, while he leads each new product into manufacturing.
What he doesn't know in leather-goods is not worth knowing !
Guido Carissimo has been the Chairman of the Board at BMB Manifattura Borse SpA formerly Bottega Manifatturiera Borse since 2014. In his role he is the legal representative, advises the Board and liase with external financial institutions.
Born in 1956, Guido, a Boston University and Bocconi graduate, has an extensive industrial experience in Italy, USA, D, Brasil and UK. He spent the first 15 years with Pirelli where, in the last 5 years, was responsible for the motorcycle tyre division, located in D and Brasil. In 1997 Guido made a management buy in with Permira in Caravans International. The company was sold to Trigano where he is still member of the Supervisory Board. He is now an active investor with Vela Imprese in the web economy and renewable energies, board member in selected companies, advisor and wine producer.
With a long standing tradition and experience this production site represents 1200 m2 of high end know-how and technological set-up, servicing luxury brands for quilting and embroideries on leather and fabrics.

Stefano Zecchi is Chief Financial Officer and has been a member of the Managing Board since April 2017. He is responsible for Controlling, Finance & Tax, Risk & Insurance Management, Legal Compliance, IT and Human Resources.
Born in 1961, certified public account and auditor, Stefano Zecchi has a 30 years experience in controlling and corporate management, spreading in different industries (automotive, tissue paper, IT, fashion). Fiat Group, Piaggio, Wepa, CDC the main companies in which Stefano worked, as Controlller, CFO and General Manager . Long range experience as board member and auditor in italian and foreign companies.
