BREWKEEPERS

The BrewKeepers concept was developed and setup by serial entrepreneur Steven Northam, not as a business or investment but as a fun project with the driver of having a brewery in the office! For a laugh more than anything!... The BrewKeepers Nano Brewery produces 100 litre batches with each brew. Using a custom built brewing system and control panel to ensure a spot on brew every time. The fermentation takes place in 25 litre stainless conicals, stored a custom built fermentation fridge. Once the fermentation has taken place the brew is bottled and kegged. As with everything else, the custom built Kegerator serves up the brew in a nicely chilled fashion for the members of The IncuHive Space (Chandlers Ford, Head Office)... The brewery was custom built by Steve, over a few months from late 2017 to early 2018. The brewery consists of a main brew rig, custom made control panel, custom built fermentation fridge and kergerator to dispense the beers! The brewery itself is based at IncuHive..
