A.R. Weiler

A.R. Weiler is an innovative, outcomes-oriented leader with a passion for building and scaling healthcare businesses, and in the process delivering transformational growth by increasing revenues and bottomline results. Mr. Weiler was CEO of Livio Health Group, an innovative care delivery provider owned by the parent of Blue Cross of Minnesota, a $13 billion health plan. In this role, he led various clinical businesses including a mobile/onsite primary care practice for vulnerable populations, as well as a de novo palliative care service, utilizing a risk-bearing, value-based population health care model. From 2012 through 2016, Mr. Weiler was President and CEO of Healthsense, Inc., where under his focused leadership the company developed a technology-enabled passive remote monitoring system that improved care for the frail elderly and chronically ill while delivering cost savings. Healthsense earned several prestigious industry awards for its innovation and excellence in healthcare, and the company was subsequently acquired by GreatCall, Inc. in December 2016. Prior to Healthsense, Mr. Weiler held several executive leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including Senior Vice President of Payer Services for Change Healthcare (acquired by The Blackstone Group in 2012); Senior Vice President of Partnerships for Virgin Pulse, a member of Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group; Senior Vice President of Provider Sales and Account Management at OptumInsight, a division of UnitedHealth Group; and Vice President of Oracle's North America Healthcare division. Mr. Weiler also has significant international business development experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Liberate Japan and Oracle Corporation's Japan subsidiary where he helped establish foundational strategic partnerships that generated more than $1 billion in annual revenue within the first decade. Mr. Weiler earned a degree in Computer Science from Harvard University, and lives with his physician wife and family in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Andrea Rubei

Andrea Rubei, born in Rome, Italy, graduated from LUISS University and began his career in Holland with Hewlett Packard. He moves then to Cisco Systems where he focuses at growing the B2B e-Commerce platform, radically transforming the business model with partners from physical to digital. Subsequently, Andrea moves to BroadVision, one of the fastest growing Silicon Valley internet software solutions provides in the early year 2000s, where he holds roles of increasing responsibility until becoming COO in 2009. In 2011, Rubei joins Microsoft where he manages the Nokia-Windows Phone division in Western Europe. He subsequently moves to Microsoft Portugal as Chief Operating and Marketing Officer. Currently, Andrea Rubei is one of the founders and CEO of myMeta Software, a fast growing startup that provides next generation AI Powered Digital Adoption Platform.

Bob Lee

Bob Lee was a corporate executive vice president and president of Business Communications Services at Pacific Bell, where he established two new subsidiaries: Pacific Bell Internet Services and Pacific Bell Network Integration. During his 26-year career at Pacific Bell, Mr. Lee managed groups in operations, sales and marketing. As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales, from 1987 to 1992, he produced revenue growth rates greater than the overall national telecommunications market. Mr. Lee is currently a director for two public companies: Interland, which provides web hosting for the small and medium business market, and Netopia, which manufactures and sells DSL internet routers for consumers and small businesses.

Dr. Pehong Chen is Founder & Chairman of BroadVision Group (BVG), a private asset management firm focusing on funding, incubating, and operating cutting-edge business ventures globally across artificial intelligence, cleantech, cloudtech, fintech, healthtech, medtech, biotech, and other innovative technology domains. Previously, Dr. Chen was CEO of BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), a highly-recognized pioneer in e-commerce, content management, and business social networking platform solutions, which he founded in 1993 and took public in 1996. In addition to running and growing his own companies, he has also helped a number of startup ventures achieve great success with early-stage capital, mentoring, and business connections, including UT Starcom, NetIQ, Siebel Systems, Sina, UpWork, C3.ai, Somnics Health, Lucira Health, among others. Currently, Dr. Chen is a board member of Weibo (Nasdaq: WB), China's leading social media platform and microblogging network, and a trustee on the board of Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. He has been a member (since 1993) of and severed as Vice Chairman (2006-2010) for the Committee of 100, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the interest and standing of Chinese Americans in the US. Fadi Micaelian - VP of Sales

Fadi Micaelian comes to BroadVision with a seasoned background in enterprise software, having served over the past three decades in a number of senior positions at industry leaders like Oracle, Intellectual Ventures, ViewStar, and DataBeam (now IBM's Lotus SameTime). Most recently he was the CEO of Auguri Corp., an innovator in the field of Big Data Analytics. As Vice President of Sales, Fadi heads BroadVision's engagements in North and South America. Fadi brings to BroadVision extensive general management experience in sales, business development, product management and engineering. His proven success with large and strategic accounts allows Fadi to focus on leading the sales team to meet and exceed its objectives. Fadi is a distinguished scholar and an inventor, who has been repeatedly published, and was awarded 7 patents by the USPTO. He is passionate about Technology, Physics and Track and Field. Fadi holds a BS of Physics, a BE of Engineering, and obtained an MS in Engineering Management from MIT, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Francois Stieger

Francois Stieger is CEO of Intentional Software International Sarl. Immediately prior to joining Intentional Software International, Mr. Stieger was senior vice president and general manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa for Verisign, the leading provider of critical infrastructure security services for the Internet and telecommunication markets. Before joining Verisign, Stieger was a partner of Amadeus Capital, a leading European venture capital firm based in London. In 1996, Stieger established BroadVision's European operations. Under his management through mid 2001, these operations grew to more than 400 employees and US$104 million annual revenues. He was also personally involved in BroadVision's very successful initial public offering on NASDAQ in June 1996, and its public offering on the Neuer Markt in Frankfurt in November 1999. From 1987-1992, Mr. Stieger was Vice President of Oracle Corporation, where he established and managed operations of Oracle Corporation for southern and central Europe. Mr. Stieger is a graduate of the University of Strasbourg's Institute of Technology.

James D. Dixon

James Dixon brings a wealth of executive management and Internet business experience to the BroadVision board. Prior to his retirement from Bank of America in January 2002, Mr. Dixon was responsible for Internet business development and the exploration of strategic alliances and joint ventures, and for ensuring that every Bank of America business was aligned and integrated with the growth opportunities represented by electronic commerce. Previously, Mr. Dixon was Group Executive and Chief Information Officer of Bank of America Technology & Operations, responsible for bank information, technology and operating systems, transaction processing, quality, process, redesign and technology planning areas. Before the merger of NationsBank Corporation and BankAmerica Corporation in 1998, Mr. Dixon was President of NationsBank Services, Inc. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Citizens and Southern Bank/Sovran, a predecessor company to NationsBank, from 1985 to 1990.

He was the first President & Representative Director of BroadVision Japan KK, established as a wholly owned subsidiary of BroadVision, Inc. in 2000, where he led Japan operations and created strong customer relationships with large Japanese companies. Toshi's colorful career includes being past Country Manager of such U.S. based software companies as InterSystems Japan KK, a company providing database solutions; the aforementioned BroadVision Japan KK; and Manugistics Japan KK, a SCM solution provider. Before that, Toshi was the past General Manager for SAP Japan western region and sales division in Tokyo. Starting his career at IBM Japan, Toshi spent first 15 years as an Engineer. Toshi holds BS in Mathematics from the Yokohama City University. Toshi Sakayori is a professional sales executive with more than 35 years of experience leading international companies like IBM, SAP, Manugistics and InterSystems. Yuk Chan

As VP of Engineering, Yuk Chan oversees the development and delivery of all product lines at BroadVision. Yuk is a veteran at BroadVision having joined the company in 1997 and has served on several key roles over the years. In his last position as Director of Operations and NASA Customer Support, Yuk managed the operations of all cloud products hosted by BroadVision and local partners worldwide. He has more than a decade of experience in customer support, keeping customers successful in their BroadVision investments. Yuk holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin - Madison.
