Camp Jewell House Inc., (CJH) is an accredited private school that takes a holistic approach to education. CJH is designed to work with grades K-12. We offer an individualized therapeutic curriculum that meets the individual needs of each student.

Vashti Blackmon had an idea to start a summer enrichment program for the youth in 1980; the camp started out with humble beginnings servicing children from various parts of the country for 14 days and nights affording them an enriched summer experience.
After successfully serving the community for over 30 years in summer enrichment, we felt that it was time to expand the program and impact the community year around. Enter Jewell Hunter who was teaching in Clayton County Georgia, when she heard the call for an educational program that would be student-centered and data-driven.
