Daniel brings financial experience from his real estate private equity and corporate M&A background across a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes, specializing in hotels, branded residences, and serviced apartments. His previous roles at LimeTree Capital Partners and ARCH Capital Management - both of which are Hong Kong-headquartered real estate private equity firms with over USD 1 billion in equity under management - focused on deal origination, execution, and asset management of opportunistic and value-add investments in Southeast Asia and Japan. Prior, Daniel also worked at Minor International PCL in Bangkok covering M&A and greenfield development opportunities in Asia, Europe, and Africa, and at Li & Fung Group in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Daniel graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Economics-Finance.

Surapong brings professional expertise in construction to our team, drawing from his hands-on experience in construction management. Previously, Surapong served as a Project Manager at P Engineering and Consultant, where he was in charge of the development of private residences and condominium. Prior to that, Surapong held positions at Sansiri and PLUS Professional, where he managed seven completed residential and office projects, collectively valued at over THB 4 billion. Surapong holds a B.A. in Industrial Technology, majoring in Construction Technology, from Rajabhat University Phranakhon.
