Adam Harden has served as bond counsel on over 650 transactions totaling over $31.0 billion in par amount issued. He primarily focuses his practice on the federal tax aspects of public finance and infrastructure transactions.
Adam serves as a Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Tax-Exempt Financing Committee and Co-Chair of the State Bar of Texas' Tax Exempt Finance Committee. He is a frequent speaker at NABL, ABA, and The Bond Buyer events, and was invited to testify in Washington, DC before the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of the Treasury on ways to improve the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations with respect to infrastructure development and community revitalization.
Adam also serves as Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Olmos Park, Texas.

Wendy is currently the General Counsel for Harris County's conduit bond issuers: Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation and Health Facilities Development Corporation. She previously served as the general counsel for the City of Houston's conduit bond issuers: Health Facilities Development Corporation, Higher Education Finance Corporation and Industrial Development Corporation. Wendy also previously served as general counsel to special purpose districts and as outside general counsel for political subdivisions advising on various issues including elections, procurement, the Open Meetings Act and the Public Information Act.
