Christelle Esso

Christelle Esso is a passionate advocate for individuals facing challenges in different stages of their education or careers. She believes in empowering others with needed resources and opportunities to improve their circumstances. Christelle is a registered nurse and a certified Canadian nurse educator with over 10 years of a diverse nursing experience in general internal medicine, community health, continuing care (Home health, supportive living, long term care), gerontology, early childhood & school wellness, academic & clinical education, and staff development. She has occupied various positions in acute care, continuing care, and community health over the years as a staff nurse, an associate care coordinator, a case manager/ care manager nurse, a nurse educator/ clinical nursing instructor, and a community health educator. Christelle holds a Master of Nursing from the University of Alberta (2013), a Bachelor of Sciences in nursing (2006) and an Honors Bachelor of Sciences in Biology (2002) both from the University of Ottawa. She is a member of College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Outside of her professional career, Christelle volunteers her time to support several community outreaches projects in faith-based organizations. She also holds strong interests in social justice, community development and capacity building, diversity and inclusion. She is also a founding member and a board member of the Family Advancement Association dedicated to promoting and support growth and learning opportunities for Canadian children and families of multicultural background.

Dr. Victor A Oluwi

Victor holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) - with special reference in International Business from Walden University, Minneapolis, United States. Prior to his doctoral pursuit, Victor had bagged double Masters degrees in Economics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the prestigious Michael Smurfits Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, Ireland respectively. Finally, the quest to have a holistic understanding of the prevailing complex business environment also led Victor to obtain a Diploma in Business and Industrial Law (DBIL) from the University of Lagos. With over two decades of experience, Victor's management career path transversed the manufacturing, communications, electronics, automobile, and presently, the management consulting, advisory, training, and coaching industries. Victor's strategic initiatives and hands-on approaches to solving intricate business problems had been successfully demonstrated in the numerous management portfolios he had held. More instructive, however, is that the experiences acquired over the years are now being transferred and shared in university classrooms and in corporate boardrooms through lectures, management trainings, and coaching/handholding. A Fellow of The International Institute for African Scholar, Victor is also a member of various professional associations that include the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers (Ireland), Strategic Planning Xchange, UCD Business Alumni, Procurement Professionals, Institute of Production and Inventory Control Society (IPICS), and The Blanchardstown Area Partnership. Victor is focused and committed to continued research efforts in the areas of Strategic Collaboration, Strategy Processes Development and Implementation, Internationalization Strategies, and Service Excellence.

Selena McConnell

Selena McConnell's committed relationship with education has spanned more than twenty years; in 2019, she earned, with merit, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology (with a minor in Psychology). Since graduation, she has moved to the position of Manager, College Operations at Canadian Imperial College (CIC), that was just starting at the time of engagement. Selena has contributed to the growth of the college, from zero students to an average of twenty applications received monthly. Her success in this position can be attributed to her skills and powerful desire for stewardship with others. Also, she believes in the difference that the College is making in the lives of people it serves - individuals needing training to enter a new profession or advance their career. In her current role, Selena plans, manages, implements, and supplies oversight over a variety of administrative support functions for the college departments; She manages the planning and facilitation of events; prepares detailed reports, reviews account activity, and makes recommendations for departmental budget; supplies supervision and guidance to support staff. With the milestones achieved by the college, one is left with no doubt of the fact that her keen operational and financial skills and ability to make informed decisions efficiently and act when needed contributed a great deal. Selena continually seeks opportunities to gain experience, and the perspective of others as she envisions a world where all voices are heard.
