Founded in 2020 Central Virginia's Housing Solutions LLC is a family run company created to provide safe and affordable housing for the people in the central Virginia area. It is managed by Lloyd Walker. Lloyd is a Lynchburg native, husband and father of five. He says he was "bit by the real estate bug" when he acquired his first property in his 20's. While attending Wayne Community College he earned two associate degrees 1) in Business Administration and 2nd) in Retail Marketing. Over the years Lloyd has worked with countless real estate professionals while acquiring and managing his own properties...
