Bob is the Owner and Senior Wealth Advisor of Christian Financial Advisors®. He has over 40 years of investment experience, starting with real estate investing in 1984 and stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs since 1993.
Clayton Edwards is a Client Service Associate with Christian Financial Advisors®. As the newest addition to the team, he brings six years of customer service, sales, and operations experience previously conducted at Eclipse Window Tinting LLC. Here at Christian Financial Advisors®, he will be aiding and assisting Clients and Advisors with day-to-day services, paperwork, and client care. Clayton highly values communication and relationships and also believes a warm smile with a friendly demeanor is paramount to all aspects of life. He is currently studying for his Series 65 License so that he can care for clients in a larger scope.

Shawn Peters is a Wealth Advisor and CCO with Christian Financial Advisors®. Shawn's experience in the financial industry includes portfolio and investment management, client and technology support, data reconciliation and analysis as well as acting as an Investment Advisor Representative and Financial Advisor. Shawn is currently studying to become both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (to provide a holistic financial approach for our clients) and a Chartered Financial Analyst™ (to assist in valuing assets, portfolio management, and wealth planning).
Shawn was a three year Summa Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University in 2008 with a degree in finance and is married to Bob and Rachael's oldest daughter, Jenna (also a Liberty University graduate) who has been working with Christian Financial Advisors® for many years and produces our podcast, Christian Financial Perspectives and is head of marketing and design. Shawn has a positive can-do attitude, loves people, and most of all, loves our Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. Both Jenna and Shawn are very involved in the New Braunfels community in different aspects, as well as helping to start a new church a few years ago in New Braunfels that is thriving today with an average attendance already of over 400.

Teresa Joelson holds the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC®) designation and a Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor registration. She has over 12 years of experience in the investment management industry. She is a native Texan and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
Teresa recently relocated to New Braunfels from Austin, TX to be closer to family and work with a Christian based firm. Prior to joining Christian Financial Advisors®, she worked at Durbin Bennett Wealth Management, working closely with the advisory team and was responsible for client administrative and operational needs.
Teresa coordinates with clients on account operational and processing needs. She also works closely with Shawn and Bob on investment strategy implementation, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
Away from work, Teresa loves spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren in New Braunfels. She loves being outdoors, playing tennis, jogging or working out. She attends Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church and actively participates in the Mobile Loaves and Fishes, St. Vincent de Paul and Helping Hands Ministries.
