Erin Galandauer

Erin Galandauer joined Cliffbrake Corporation to evaluate investments, industry sectors and economic trends. Erin analyses the appropriate entry price, the expected time horizon for holding an investment and the role the investment will play in the portfolio. Erin charts past returns to predict future performance as well as review historical trends for past successes. She collaborates with Investment Managers to determine performance and suitability for future business decisions. Erin delivers with evidence the challenges facing the sector and forecasts new opportunities. Erin has a background in education with a focus on early childhood development. She has supported her husband in his role as a community Rabbi by executing programming and classes to engage the community in their personal, physical and spiritual needs. She has lived in Salt Lake City, Utah, Montreal, QC, Jerusalem, Israel, Ottawa, Ontario and currently resides in North Miami Beach, Florida.

Jim McCaw - CFO

Jim was instrumental in establishing Cliffbrake Corporation as a family office in January 2021. Jim is responsible for Cliffbrake's financial and tax strategy, as well as its accounting and reporting. Together with Steve and Nina, he reviews all potential new investments. Prior to moving to Cliffbrake, Jim spent the previous 12 years as Chief Financial Officer of affiliated company The Regional Group of Companies Inc., a period of dramatic growth in revenue, profitability and employment - all of which grew by more than 500%. During that time, we established eQ Homes Inc., now one of Ottawa's pre-eminent builders. Prior to joining Regional Group, Jim acted as CFO of software company Eedo Knowledgeware, where he successfully negotiated a profitable sale for the founders. Jim's career started with more than 20 years at KPMG, with his last 10 years acting as partner in charge of KPMG's Ottawa Corporate Finance practice, advising clients on debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, financial strategy and divestiture. Jim's professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Mathematics (Dean's Honours) from University of Waterloo, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), a license as a trustee in bankruptcy, and a Corporate Finance (CF) practitioner designation. Jim has a strong commitment to the community, currently acting as a volunteer board member for the Capital Angel Network. He was Chair of the Board for the Victorian Order of Nurses for two years as part of his nine years on its board.

Laurel Floyd

Laurel Floyd, Senior Executive Assistant, is the primary point of contact for matters pertaining to the President and CEO of Cliffbrake Corporation. She is a liaison to the advisory board and senior management. Laurel has 25 years of C-Suite Executive Assistant experience within an entrepreneurial environment. Mission and results-driven. Laurel's values mirror the Cliffbrake commitment to ethical, professional and responsible conduct. Prior to Cliffbrake Corporation, Laurel assisted The York Major Group of Companies in Toronto, with strategic planning, economic, social and cultural investment in collaborative enterprises such as prestigious industrial and commercial property, residential development, public amenities, and community infrastructure. Laurel's deliverables from conception to completion symbolizes progress and success. She has devoted many years supporting a portfolio of volunteer charitable work and organizations, several of which are centered around providing a hopeful future for younger generations.

Nina Davidson

Nina Davidson is responsible for proactively growing Cliffbrake Corporation's portfolio while developing and executing innovative, long-range, and comprehensive investment strategies and procedures necessary for optimal investment performance and operations. Nina is a visionary and an independent thinker who displays integrity, strength of character and courage to lead change, attain high performance and manage risk. She is a collaborative, approachable leader, reflecting the values of the Cliffbrake Corporation and inculcating those on the investment team. In 2004, Nina co-founded a successful real estate investment and management company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania while balancing work ambitions with family goals. She continues to guide the company's strategic growth and development through her senior role in the company's leadership. Nina started her career with the Regional Group as a student working in the Appraisal Division and then in the Commercial Property Management Division.

Steve Gordon - CEO, President

Steve Gordon, President and Chief Executive Officer, of Cliffbrake Corporation a Family Office as an affiliate company of Regional Group to build wealth in the non-real estate sector. Steve's commitment to ethical, professional and responsible conduct turned insight into opportunity. As Chief Executive Officer and President of The Regional Group of Companies, (1982-2020) the business evolved into a platform of $5+ billion pipeline of commercial, mixed-use and residential projects in Ontario and Quebec, as well as a management portfolio of more than 2.9 million square feet of commercial space and 2,000 residential units. Steve holds the position of Executive Chairman with The Regional Group of Companies and eQ Homes. Steve served as President, Real Estate Institute of Canada, Eastern Ontario Chapter; President, Institute of Real Estate Property Management, Ottawa; President, Housing & Urban Development Association of Canada, Ottawa; National Director, Real Estate Institute of Canada; Governor of the Ottawa Boys & Girls Club; Governor, Jr. Achievement of Canada; and Founding Governor, Institute of Conflict Resolution. Steve Gordon is a proud husband and father of 5 wonderful children and 28 tremendous grandchildren.
