Dusty Keefe dropped out of college midway through his senior year after flipping a house with a partner and banking $70,000. Kelli Garrett is a serial entrepreneur, business owner and investor. Almost 22 years ago, Kelli left the 9 to 5 grind of UPS to become a real estate investor and owner of her own company. Kelli believes in multiple income streams and has had companies ranging from a large rental portfolio, to a candy manufacturing company, ATM's, private lending and a full-time house-flipping business. Presently, her main focus is the company that she co-founded Rehab Wallet which is a Hard Money Lender focusing in the South East. She takes all her income/distributions received from her businesses and invests in Multifamily real estate with apartments syndicators that she knows and trusts. Russ Scheider has been flipping houses part-time for 20 years and full-time for the past 7 years. He uses fix-and-flip, wholesale, and BRRR strategies. On his own, and with various partners, Russ has flipped over 100 houses in Charleston, 10 in Columbia, SC and several in smaller markets such as Sumter and Florence. Former residential designer and remodeling / construction consultant for people like Gregg Allman of the Allman Brothers Band, celebrity chef Paula Deen, Braves Pitcher John Schmoltz and many others. Russ left the J.O.B. in 2014 to live the 4-hour work week. Russ added a real estate license to his tool belt in 2019 and serves primarily as a listing agent for other investors.
