Prior to joining IBTCI, he served as Head of the U.S. Office of a boutique financial research firm with primary operations in the U.S., U.K., and Singapore.

Aneesa Din

Prior to this role, Crystal developed and led the advocacy team at Living Goods, where she managed the organization's engagement on global health policy. She also developed and led the advocacy unit at Management Sciences for Health (MSH) for more than seven years where she successfully managed the organization's engagement on global health policy in the United States and in more than 30 countries.

Deborah Harris

Dr. Taroub Harb Faramand - Founder, President

Indira leads KAUR Strategies to enable authentic and transformative growth through advisory and coaching services; and is also a Senior Advisor at Palladium. In 2021, Indira published her memoir, Fast Forward to Hope: Choosing to Build the Power of Self, to share her journey from fear to hope as she faced stage IV advanced breast cancer. Richard Reithinger

Richard Reithinger, MSc, PhD, is a Distinguished Fellow at RTI. An epidemiologist by training, he is a global health leader with extensive country-based experience managing infectious disease programs in Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America. At RTI he provides strategic and technical support to various global health and international development programs, mentors colleagues in research and scientific stature, and also is the executive sponsor of his business unit's racial justice and equity team. Prior to his position at RTI, Dr. Reithinger worked for the US Agency for International Development | Ethiopia as the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) Team Leader and Malaria Advisor, establishing and then leading the implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the PMI program portfolio in Ethiopia. During her time as Deputy General Counsel, she provided integral legal counsel across five USAID administrators and acting administrators, and two presidential administrations. In 2019, Susan launched the Law of International Development Initiative (LIDI) at the O'Neill Institute at Georgetown University Law Center. LIDI, a unique public-private partnership, serves as an intellectual and practical hub for innovative solutions to development challenges and works to mentor and train the next generations of development law leaders.

Susan Reichle is President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Youth Foundation (IYF)-a global non-profit working to equip and inspire young people everywhere to transform their lives. Since becoming CEO in 2019, Susan has overseen the revitalization of IYF's mission, vision, and values. Before joining IYF, Susan spent 25 years in leadership positions at USAID missions overseas and in Washington, D.C. During her last three years at USAID, she served as the Counselor to the Agency, USAID's most Senior Foreign Service Officer, and advised the Administrator and senior leadership on key global development policies and management issues. She also oversaw the Agency Coordinators for Youth, Countering Violent Extremism, and Local Solutions; spearheaded the development of the agency's first Youth in Development Policy; led the Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance bureau during USAID's response to the 2010 Haiti earthquake; and partnered with the Government of Colombia (2005-09) to design a new strategy to consolidate Colombia's conflict zones.

Sylvia J. Megret serves as President and CEO of ACDI/VOCA. As a global development executive with 30 years of experience, she promotes the organization's mission and lives its values in support of inclusive, sustainable development worldwide. Sylvia joined ACDI/VOCA in December 2016, first serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and then as President and COO from February 2021 - April 2022. She also served as the organization's interim CEO from December 2017 to June 2018. Sylvia is board chair of the Fundación ACDI/VOCA Latin America (FAVLA). She also serves as a board member of the Society of International Development's U.S. Chapter (SID-US) and was chair of the 2022 SID-US conference. Sylvia led ACDI/VOCA's engagement as a founding member of the Coalition for Racial and Ethnic Equity in International Development (CREED) and is also a founding member of Chief (Washington).

Yvonna Stevens is International Youth Foundation's (IYF) Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President. In this role, she oversees global finance, accounting, compliance, operations, and information technology. She previously served as IYF's Director, International Finance and Administration from 2007 to 2018, during which time she provided financial management expertise in the oversight of international branch offices, project operations, and regional financial portfolios. She has worked in the field of international non-profit finance and operations for 20+ years, and has traveled to support a variety of programs in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East to develop financial management systems, set up infrastructure for international branch offices, and provide capacity strengthening to local community organizations. Yvonna has an unwavering passion for collaborating with diverse communities and cultures. She is dedicated to working in youth development and enthusiastic about applying her skills as a tool to support and strengthen programs that benefit youth and the people she works with through IYF.
