Prior to this role, Crystal developed and led the advocacy team at Living Goods, where she managed the organization's engagement on global health policy. She also developed and led the advocacy unit at Management Sciences for Health (MSH) for more than seven years where she successfully managed the organization's engagement on global health policy in the United States and in more than 30 countries.

Dr. Taroub Harb Faramand is the Founder and President of WI-HER, a women-owned small business dedicated to enabling individuals to drive locally-led solutions for equitable and sustainable development. Indira Ahluwalia founded the Coalition for Racial and Ethnic Equity in Development (CREED) in 2021. In February 2022, CREED launched a racial and ethnic equity (REE) pledge for US-based international development organizations and created a learning community to advance racial and ethnic diversity, equity, and belonging in the international development and humanitarian assistance sector. Across her career, Indira has founded, led, and advised organizations and coached leaders to strengthen equity, effectiveness, and achievement. Indira leads KAUR Strategies to enable authentic and transformative growth through advisory and coaching services; and is also a Senior Advisor at Palladium. In 2021, Indira published her memoir, Fast Forward to Hope: Choosing to Build the Power of Self, to share her journey from fear to hope as she faced stage IV advanced breast cancer. Richard Reithinger, MSc, PhD, is a Distinguished Fellow at RTI. An epidemiologist by training, he is a global health leader with extensive country-based experience managing infectious disease programs in Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America. At RTI he provides strategic and technical support to various global health and international development programs, mentors colleagues in research and scientific stature, and also is the executive sponsor of his business unit's racial justice and equity team. Prior to his position at RTI, Dr. Reithinger worked for the US Agency for International Development | Ethiopia as the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) Team Leader and Malaria Advisor, establishing and then leading the implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the PMI program portfolio in Ethiopia. Dr. Reithinger is a member of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Technical Review Panel; a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Task Force for Global Health's Health Campaign Effectiveness Coalition; and the chair of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene Global Health Program sub-committee.
Roberta Lauretta-Bernhard began her career serving in the Peace Corps as a livestock extension agent for the Ministry of Agriculture in Guatemala. This experience fueled her passion for helping farmers and agribusiness entrepreneurs-particularly women and youth- to improve their business operations, financial viability, and access to markets. With core competencies in production planning and supply chain management in livestock, poultry, vegetables, coffee, and cacao, and other value chains. Roberta has designed, managed, and implemented agriculture programs that promote rural income and livelihoods, while contributing to sustainable, safe, and nutritious food systems. She is a certified Veterinary Technician, a fluent Spanish speaker, and has extensive program management expertise with multiple donor organizations, companies, and foundations across 39 countries.

In 2019, Susan launched the Law of International Development Initiative (LIDI) at the O'Neill Institute at Georgetown University Law Center. Sylvia led ACDI/VOCA's engagement as a founding member of the Coalition for Racial and Ethnic Equity in International Development (CREED) and is also a founding member of Chief (Washington).

He is a writer, speaker, strategist, podcaster, poet, professor, and brand strategist committed to fighting against systems of oppression and suppression. As the son of a diplomat, Tayo grew up understanding the nuances of multicultural diversity while living on four continents. He leveraged his experiences to establish himself as an authority in communicating effectively across cultures and personal branding. He graced various stages to share his knowledge including TEDx, the prestigious Chautauqua Institution, and the United Nations. He's the author of Use Your Difference To Make A Difference and in 2020, he launched the national anti-racism campaign called #LetsTalkBias.

Yvonna Stevens is International Youth Foundation's (IYF) Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President. In this role, she oversees global finance, accounting, compliance, operations, and information technology. She previously served as IYF's Director, International Finance and Administration from 2007 to 2018, during which time she provided financial management expertise in the oversight of international branch offices, project operations, and regional financial portfolios. She has worked in the field of international non-profit finance and operations for 20+ years, and has traveled to support a variety of programs in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East to develop financial management systems, set up infrastructure for international branch offices, and provide capacity strengthening to local community organizations. Yvonna has an unwavering passion for collaborating with diverse communities and cultures. She is dedicated to working in youth development and enthusiastic about applying her skills as a tool to support and strengthen programs that benefit youth and the people she works with through IYF.
