Charla Coleman

Charla Coleman enjoys an unparalleled reputation for excellent service to her clients, with proven results as a Top Producer for over 25 years. Her outstanding track record has been built on a genuine passion for people, thorough knowledge of the market, high proficiency as a trained negotiator, and unmatched dedication to helping clients achieve their goals. Charla has a distinct approach that is warm, but highly investment-oriented. Her expertise is augmented by extensive experience in land development and residential construction, as well as her famous rum cakes, which she is known to bake for her clients. In 2013, together with her daughter, Kenda Coleman, she launched the Coleman Group. Today, the Coleman Group is recognized as a premier team of Boston real estate experts, with over $60 million in annual sales. Prior to real estate, Charla taught third and fourth grade at the Bridge Elementary School, in Lexington, MA. She also co-founded the Open Table, an organization offering a free meal and bag of groceries to families every Thursday night in Concord, MA. She earned her undergraduate degree and Master of Education from Boston University. Charla Coleman resides in Lexington with her husband, Phil and their two rescue pups, Rocco and Lulu. Their current home doubles as the Coleman Group headquarters, where the team can be found in between appointments working from the kitchen table. It is one of the many residential construction projects Phil and Charla have taken on together over the past 30 years. In addition to Gloria and Kenda, Charla and Phil have a son, Phil and daughter, Kessa, along with two grandchildren, Philip and Daniel.

Gloria Coleman

Gloria Coleman relocated from London, England to join the Coleman Group in 2018. Having successfully navigated through six international moves of her own over the last 15 years, she brings a genuine understanding of the major personal and important financial aspects of buying and selling a home. Within this context, Gloria has a sophisticated style, defined by a thoughtful, investment-oriented approach that is anchored by a strong background in economics and finance. Prior to joining the Coleman Group, Gloria worked at leading analysis and advisory firms, including Climate Policy Initiative, Boston Consulting Group, and Navigant Consulting. She has supported an array of clients from government institutions to Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and some of the world's largest foundations on a range of international business and investment decisions. Gloria holds a dual Master of International Affairs and Public Administration from Columbia University and the London School of Economics. She earned her undergraduate degree at Babson College and has held her Real Estate Salesperson license since 2003. Gloria resides in the Back Bay on Beacon Street, where a sense of old world charm reminds her of London, whilst being only a block from Kenda and thirty minute drive from Charla. Despite her love for travel and adventure, which has taken her on various stints in London, New York City, and Venice, she is a homebody at heart. This is what ultimately brought her back to the Boston area and into real estate, where she is close to family and has previously lived in Concord, Lexington, and Wellesley.

Jessica Mullen

Jessica Mullen joined the Coleman Group in 2022. As a practicing attorney with nearly 15 years of experience, Jessica is meticulous and her strong sense of market fundamentals and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers alike. Within this context, she brings a deep understanding of the various nuances involved in any real estate transaction from her personal experience buying, renovating, managing and selling a number of residential and investment properties over the last 10 years. Her quiet intelligence provides clients a sense of calmness and certainty that is reinforced by her agility and effectiveness in negotiations. However, it is Jessica's passion about being a fiercely loyal and tireless advocate for her clients that maximizes her success in supporting buyers and sellers alike. Prior to joining the Coleman Group, Jessica worked as a corporate attorney, specializing in real estate (both residential and commercial), tax, trust and estate planning, and a variety of small business matters ranging from litigation to corporate organization and sale/acquisitions. Jessica also owned and operated several highly successful fitness studios in the Greater Boston area for nearly 10 years. She is highly regarded and well respected in the industry and is still turned to and relied upon in advisory capacity by a number of small business owners as well as some of the largest and most well-known publicly traded companies in the health and wellness space. Jessica has held her Real Estate Broker License since 2019. She received a Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University Law School, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School, and a B.A. from Tufts University where she double majored in Economics and English with a minor in Classics. She has been a member of the Massachusetts bar in good standing since 2008. Jessica is also a lifelong Lexington resident, having attended Lexington Public Schools (Estabrook, Diamond and LHS) and currently resides in Lexington with her husband, Chris and their two small children. She is an active member of the Lexington Five and Under Network (LexFUN) community,and assists the Lexington Education Foundation (LEF) with their Marketing and Communications efforts.

Peter Jones

Peter Jones joined the Coleman Group after nearly 40 years as a highly respected leader in financial services! He is a member of the Coleman family and brings a strong background in project management, organizational change management, and communications to the family business. Having bought and sold many homes of his own in the Boston area, Peter knows what it takes to make a move and renovate properties for maximum appeal and value. You will appreciate Peter's commitment to service excellence, expert attention to details, and thoughtful, straight-forward approach. He's also got a great eye for interior design and staging, with his former South End condo being featured in the Boston Herald. Peter worked for many years with Citizens Bank and prior to that, Fleet Bank (now Bank of America) where he had a track record for producing results and building relationships. While at Citizens, Peter helped to launch the Citizens Pride business resource group and led the team's operations to foster inclusion. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Western New England University. He is also a Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci. With his partner, Wayne and Pomeranian, KC, Peter calls Boston and Provincetown home. The family has made many moves in the Boston area from downtown to the South End, and are now living in the Back Bay. Peter says they will not move again, but the jury is out! When not home, you'll find them on a cruise ship, having sailed on over 50 cruises!

Tory Finn

Tory Finn is a Realtor whose background as a lawyer distinguishes her from other real estate agents by using her acumen to effectively represent home buyers and sellers in today's fast-paced market. When hired as a seller's agent, Tory provides a thorough analysis of the current market, strategic pricing advice, home staging expertise, and creative marketing. Prior to her real estate career, Tory earned her undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College and law degree at Columbia Law School in NYC. Tory went on to practice corporate law for nearly 10 years at prestigious international law firms and in-house at an insurance company where she served as Associate General Counsel. With the analytical, communication and negotiation expertise that Tory gained from her legal career, she brings a unique skill set to the world of real estate. Originally from Andover, Tory has resided in various Boston neighborhoods, Cambridge, Lexington, and Winchester. Living in these areas has given Tory valuable knowledge of key real estate markets in and around Boston. Tory currently lives in a historic Winchester home (circa 1892) with her husband, daughter & mini Australian labradoodle.
