David Powe is a Vice President of Operational Excellence at Compass Point Partners. In this role, David partners with the firm's leadership to develop operational transformation and innovative growth strategies supporting supply chain operations and manufacturing for its clients.
David has over 25 years of experience and expertise in implementing the philosophies, methodologies and tools of Operations Excellence (OpEx). He has held strategic leadership positions including Director of Manufacturing, Director of Supply Chain Management, Plant Mgr. and Project Mgr., with industry leaders in manufacturing, chemical engineering and financial services. His corporate resume includes General Electric, Shell Chemical, Tyco Adhesives and Arch Chemicals. Having led large organizations, David understands how to engage and energize teams, creating a culture of operational excellence. He has specialized in tailoring approaches to OpEx for small and mid-sized businesses in numerous markets and industries.
He's a GE trained Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Business Professional by the Aji Network. David has worked closely with senior and line management of organizations in diverse business functions, both domestically and internationally producing extraordinary results.

Hay Wun Wain is an Operating Executive at Compass Point Partners (CPP). In this role, Hay Wun focuses on building, growing, and delivering CPP's services primarily in Supply Chain and Operations functions. She has extensive experience in business transformation and operational excellence with a proven ability to deliver bottom line impact having achieved over $1B in savings over her career. Her areas of expertise include operational improvement, business model optimization, program management, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and acquisition integration and separation.
Prior to Compass Point Partners, Hay Wun led transformation for companies such as General Mills, Avon Products, S&P Global, Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan Chase, and GE Capital where she focused on optimizing business models, re-engineering core business processes, and connecting the end-to-end value chain from commercial to operations including technology enablement and digital transformation for both business value and customer experience enhancement.
Earlier in her career, Hay Wun held various positions of increasing responsibility in operations and supply chain management for a diversified manufacturing company.
Himanshu Gandhi is a Founding Partner of Compass Point Partners. In this role, Himanshu directs the firm's strategy and execution in building category leading companies in accordance with its principles of innovation, performance and partnership. Himanshu has significant private equity experience investing, growing, and transforming businesses, and collaborating with CEOs, Board and management teams to deliver accelerated top line growth, bottom line improvement and attractive returns to investors.
Prior to Compass Point Partners, Himanshu served as Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners. He led commercial, operational and M&A diligence across diverse industries, and partnered with investment leads in evaluating and underwriting value creation theses. Prior thereto, Himanshu was a Director at Marlin Equity Partners, where he was responsible for leading due diligence and operational improvement across enterprise software and technology investments. During his tenure at Centerbridge and Marlin Equity, he partnered with executive teams to drive the growth and performance of investments including Precisely, Acoustic, Duo Bank, Virgin Pulse, Bazaarvoice, Arcserve, Aprimo, and AdvancedMD, among others. Himanshu also supported firm-wide portfolio optimization efforts to standardize the value creation framework, onboarding methodology, and functional best practices and playbooks.
Earlier in his career, Himanshu held operating and advisory roles, augmenting his private equity experience with real-world perspectives on driving transformational change.

Joe Sticca is an Operating Executive of Compass Point Partners. In this role, Joe partners with the firm's leadership to develop digital transformation and innovative growth strategies for its clients.
Joe has a unique mix of experiences from cutting edge technology development, product portfolio management and business development. Joe's leadership roles have helped him understand how technology, product design and business strategy function best together and how to identify and manage trends to maximize market share/revenue.
He has over 20+ years' experience in technology and product portfolio management with Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Industries include media, publishing, broadcasting and consumer products. Joe has deep expertise in change management, product innovation development, and market launches. Roles include Head of Engineering, Chief Product Officer, Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Operations Officer.

In this role, Keith focuses on using his extensive Supply Chain experience to create or enhance the Integrated Business Planning (or Sales & Operations Planning) process and deliver operational advances that improve revenues and gross margin, working capital management, reduce cost of goods and enhance customer service and experience. His areas of expertise include Demand Planning & Demand Shaping, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Outsourcing, Procurement, and optimization of both Manufacturing and Distribution networks.
Lalit is a Founding Partner at Compass Point Partners. He is a recognized expert in Digital Technology and Supply Chain Operations and leads our service delivery team. His forte is developing business strategy led operations and technology initiatives and his experience spans consumer products, industrial, healthcare and software based products. He is also an expert on due diligence and value creation in private equity having conducted due diligence in a number of sectors from business services to software companies. He has led infrastructure, security and software development teams at a global scale accomplishing complex global projects including integration of a $1.3B acquisition.

He also has deep experience with the formation, restructure, and growth of small entrepreneurial businesses in preparation for acquisition.
Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS) Foundation and provides strategic direction to a portfolio of rapid-growth businesses.
