Ajesh Kabra is Director, Creative Group, and is a core team member of the Group's Home Textiles and Polyester Yarn divisions. He is an excellent strategist and has a keen focus on product development, strategic marketing, and go-to-market strategy. An acute problem-solver, Mr Kabra has a knack of solving problems by forming permanent scalable solutions. His zeal for learning beyond the scope of the defined focus area is commendable. He is also blessed with extraordinary number skills and has ardently striven to nurture his planning & execution, budgeting and cost optimisation projects across the group. He is also an excellent team builder. Mr Kabra graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management with an MBA in International Business. He co-founded Creative Yarns in 2008 and still heads the division that became India's leading polyester carpet yarn exporter in 2019. A firm believer of ‘Go Big or Go Home' Mr Kabra is an outdoor running enthusiast. He is also a keen conversationalist and enjoys having coffee chats with customers and suppliers.

Arunanshu Agarwal joined the Creative Group's apparel business as a management trainee in 2007. He took the lead in developing lean manufacturing processes with a focus on adding new customers. In 2005, Mr Agarwal joined the Home Textiles division where he was instrumental in the division's vertical integration and capacity expansion. He established Portico, the Group's popular domestic home textile brand and helped spur its phenomenal growth. Portico was eventually sold to India's largest retailer in 2021. Mr Agarwal has a keen eye for new ventures and co-founded Creative's carpet yarn business. He is an active member of the CSR, and Finance and Strategy Committees of the Creative Group. The Jai Hind College alumnus is a keen fitness enthusiast and loves to play tennis and table tennis.

Sidharth Agarwal joined Creative Group in 2013 as part of its High Fashion division in New Delhi, India. After successfully leading and expanding the division, Mr Agarwal took over as Marketing Director of the Group's apparel business. Under his leadership, the apparel business grew to new heights. The Group has recently opened a new office in Delhi catering to the home textiles, outdoor products and apparel divisions. Since 2022, Mr Agarwal has taken the reins of the marketing and operations activity of Creative's soft home textiles business. He currently also heads the Group's CSR Committee and is invested in looking at ways in which the company can give back to society, environment, and its stakeholders. Mr Agarwal brings a global perspective and a keen sense of diversity to the company, having lived in India, Singapore and the US. He is an avid golfer and squash player.

Vijay Kumar Agarwal founded the Creative Group in 1974, starting with a small establishment that manufactured and exported readymade garments. His vast experience in all aspects manufacturing and exporting textile garments has been instrumental in leading the Creative Group to its position today as one of India's largest garments, outdoor products and home textiles manufacturers. Envisioning the potential to grow the business in a post-quota era, Mr Agarwal began to invest in total backward integration and foray into new businesses. Since 1995, Creative Group has been setting up facilities for manufacturing woven fabric, knitted fabric, processing yarn, embroidery, printing and yarn dyeing. An engineer by training and an alumnus of the prestigious VJTI Institute in Mumbai, Mr Agarwal has been an active Executive Committee member of the Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) for the last 20 years, and chaired AEPC in 2006-2007. He has held several key posts in AEPC committees including the Finance and Quota Advisory Committee. During his chairmanship of the M/S. Clothing Export Processing Zone (CEPZ), Mumbai, Mr Agarwal helped more than 25 garment exporters set up their plants in CEPZ. Mr Agarwal has also been a member of several delegations of the Commerce and Textile Ministries of the Indian government, visiting many countries for the promotion of exports from India and bringing back key insights for the betterment of the Indian manufacturing process and technology. A keen philanthropist, he is a member of many social and charitable institutions of social welfare and supports various educational institutions across India.

Vishwanshu Agarwal joined Creative Group's apparel business in 2010. He established the Group's Outdoor Products division, adding product profiles in categories such as sleeping bags and tents. Under his leadership, the garments and outdoor division has expanded exponentially both in India and overseas. The Group now has offices in Dhaka, Spain and UK catering to these divisions. Mr Agarwal also established Creative's retail division under the Creative Vastrado umbrella by offering affordable apparel under the Vastrado brand and nightwear under the Mystere Paris brand. Currently, Mr Agarwal is also the President of the board's Finance and Strategy Committee and is committed to making Creative Group a multi-sectoral player in the textile industry across various product ranges. Mr Agarwal holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA, and is a keen sportsperson who loves cricket, tennis and table tennis.
