Afshin Bigdely is the founder of Dream Ocean Immigration Services (DOIS Inc.). A regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) with a law education background. He provides a wide range of immigration consultation and services to corporations and individual clients on various immigration cases, including overseeing and preparing applications for temporary and permanent residency, Visas and Citizenship Applications. Afshin is an accredited member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He has a B.A degree in Law from Iran and graduated with a Paralegal Major in Canada. He continued his education as an Immigration Consultant in Ontario (AOL). Afshin is fluent in Farsi, Turkish and English.
