The process of building the Dubach Deer Factory & Smokehouse has been a dream of mine since 1987. There have been many renditions of the building and facilities and it is constantly changing. All of our employees are instilled with the concept that they are the caretakers of our customer's harvest. They pay great attention to detail when preparing your game for your table.
