The beginnings of 2020 in a small car near the beaches of Muttrah, it was the first meeting of DXOFX with its first partners, there we chose to have a role in searching for a solution to new challenges, and that the time had come to solve the labor market equation, DXOFX was established... During the pandemic, with the difficulty to travel, the medical sector had to work smart to rotate the young talent present within Oman's borders, in order to be able to deal with the new labor market challenges... In its first phase, DXofX aims to improve employment opportunities in the medical fields within the Sultanate of Oman, while raising the quality of the recruitment process and facilitating it for all parties.
