Caitlyn Webster-Cho

Caitlyn worked in a veterinary clinic throughout high school. She then went on to university where she graduated with her BSc. Honours in Biology and Forensic Science from Trent University. Having grown up with several dogs, cats, fish, rodents, and reptiles, Caitlyn has a natural love for animals. She currently has several four-legged family members including 2 rescue dogs, ‘Choco' and ‘Chapo', and her very special feline, fur-baby ‘Lilith'. Caitlyn is happy to be part of the team at East Credit and looks forward to welcoming clients and patients alike.

Dr. Katy Gardiner

Dr. Katy Gardiner developed her love for animals early in life. Her family home was always full of pets, which fostered her passion for animal care and desire to pursue veterinary medicine. She graduated from Queen's University with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree prior to obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Guelph's Ontario Veterinary College. Dr. Gardiner is passionate about reducing any fear and anxiety during your pet's veterinary visit. She knows your pet is an important part of your family and is committed to working with you to keep them healthy and happy. Outside of work, Dr. Katy enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends, reading, going on walks, and doing anything crafty! Outside of the clinic, I have countless things to keep me busy. You can find me in the garden, on the ski slopes, biking, baking, hiking, or kayaking. I love spending time with my awesome partner, Jeff, our two great kids, Maren and Odin, and our 4-legged kiddos ‘Dover' -a very handsome Portuguese Water Dog, and ‘Murray -our perennially grumpy, yet-loveable rescue Scottish Fold.

Justyna Górska

Justyna graduated from the Animal Care program at Sheridan College in 2002. Having worked in the field for 25 years in general, emergency and specialty practice, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer and always goes out of her way to help our clients and patients. Justyna has both had and cared for many pets over the years. Having a particular love for senior patients, she adopted her cat Cassie several years ago. Now almost 18 years old, Cassie has thrived with Justyna's love and care. In her time away from the clinic, Justyna loves to exercise, cook, bake, read and spend lots of time spoiling her cat!

Kara-Lee Mehlenbacher

Kara-Lee completed her BA from the University of Guelph, majoring in international development studies and minoring in rural and agriculture development. After several years of working in the corporate world, Kara-Lee decided to make a drastic career change and return to school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician to fulfill her lifelong aspiration to work with animals. She went on to graduate with honors from Sheridan College in 2020. After graduating, Kara-Lee worked in the surgery department at an emergency and referral hospital for a couple of years before deciding to look for a job in general practice that was closer to home. Her main interests are surgery and anesthesia, but enjoys the one-on-one nursing care with her patients the most. She loves forming relationships with her patients and their owners alike, and tends to dote on her patients like they were her own. Kara-Lee has had many of her own companions over the years. In her free time, Kara-Lee likes to garden, cook, go hiking, puppy-sit her many fur nieces and nephews, and spend time with her family and friends.

Megan Leciago

Megan completed an honours degree in Biological Science from the University of Guelph. She then continued her studies at Ridgetown College, University of Guelph, graduating with honours from the veterinary technology program in 2006. In the 15 years since graduation, Megan has worked in a small animal practice in Mississauga dedicated to the care and well-being of her patients. Megan loves all animals but has a particular fondness for our feline patients. Having a soft-spoken and gentle nature, and attention to detail, Megan provides exceptional care to patients. In her free time, Megan loves swimming, running, and spending time with her husband and children (both two- and four-legged).

Whitney Bickle

Whitney completed her BSc from Brock University, majoring in biology and minoring in math. She then went on to graduate with honours from the University of Guelph's Ridgetown campus with her diploma as a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2008. Anesthesia, behaviour, and geriatric care are some of her main interests, but making sure she is able to help each patient that walks in the door and make their visit as enjoyable as possible is always her main goal. In her role as a Registered Veterinary Technician, Whitney has always ensured that patients are treated with care and handled in a fear- and pain-free manner. Whitney has and has had many of her own companions over the years. She is dedicated to rescuing animals in need and often seeks out those that might be less likely to find homes. Her calm and empathetic personality allows her to bond with even the most worried of patients earning her the title of the resident "dog whisperer".
