Concrete and asphalt paving contractor, serving primarily the western Inland Empire / Inland Valley area, including Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Claremont, Upland, San Dimas, LaVerne, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, Glendora, Diamond Bar, and Corona, but will travel further. Business was started by Cedric C. Elias in 1958, and is continued today by sons Greg and Tony.
