After graduating with an MBA, Mel started her career at a tech startup before moving into larger corporate environments. Her experience includes leading several large business units and launching a national people leadership development program for one of Canada's largest banks.
Mel is best described as a relationship builder who likes to make things happen. Coming from a family of self-starters, entrepreneurs and small business owners, she has a passion for learning and understanding the ‘what, why and how', coupled with an instinctual need to apply learning into action.
