With a community lounge on the first floor, EN seeks to create opportunities for visitors to Kochi from across Japan and around the world to freely gather and interact with people from the local community... We hope to make encounters and connections at the edge of geographical and cultural boundaries more meaningful and to allow everyone to come together and share their experiences and feelings with one another.
