Andrew has a background in the energy sector through Field Engineering at Schlumberger and General Management within Weatherford. Andrew has worked in corporate finance at KPMG and is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School.

David MacNeill

David MacNeill brings over 30 years' knowledge in the international energy sector with extensive experience across drilling businesses. David has a background in directional drilling, with direct exposure to rotary steerable system development and operations. David has held executive roles in multinational and independent companies and resides in Dubai, UAE.

Mark Ritchie - CFO

Mark is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has over 20 years' financial experience, ten years of which have been spent in Board level roles in private equity ("PE") backed businesses. He most recently held the role of Finance and Support Services Director in PE backed construction business and prior to that was Group Finance and IT Director of a PE backed oil and gas services business.

Martin Perry - Chairman

Formerly CEO of Sondex. Martin entered the oil industry in 1984, initially as a field engineer after gaining an engineering degree at Exeter University. Subsequently, Martin worked in the IT and Data Communications industry, before participating in a Management Buy Out at Sondex. Following the acquisition of Sondex by GE in 2007, Martin was appointed CEO of GE's Oilfield Technologies Division and subsequently served as Non-Executive Chairman of 3 PE-backed businesses.

Neil Hartley
