I was born and raised in California and received degrees from University of California and Los Angeles Recording School. I have privately studied under teachers and students of Berklee School of Music and many professional studio and touring musicians. I've played in bands for over 20 years, and my professional career has been based evenly between Melbourne (2005-2010, and present) and San Francisco/Oakland (2010-2015), with consistent international touring in America, Australia, and Europe... As a guitar teacher, piano teacher, and singing teacher, I've taught just about every style of music and cater lessons completely to the individual. I have a flexible approach to teaching and have worked with students of all ages and skill levels to achieve their goals, whether that is a technical and disciplined approach, a fun and casual one, or anywhere in between.
