Our mission at Flying Lotus Yoga Center & Juice Bar is to take yoga off the mat and into our daily lives with authenticity, honesty, and integrity. We believe that healthy bodies and healthy communities lead to a healthy world... Flying Lotus Yoga Center is a one-stop center for alternative health practices. We offer yoga classes, workshops, and teacher trainings; Reiki; massage; tarot card readings; as well as organic juices and smoothies. Whenever possible, we use locally grown produce in our juice bar, The Root Cellar. Supporting local farms is a top priority.
