Before joining Flight Centre, I worked on Cruise ships for 8 years which is where my love and passion for travel started. In 2015 I decided to come back home and joined Flight Centre as a retail consultant in the Tygervalley store, where I worked for 2 years. While in store I was appointed Finance Director for the store. I always had an interest in Finance and this only ignited the passion. In 2017 an opportunity arose to join Finance, this is where I joined the Retail Finance Team. In January 2022, another amazing opportunity came my way for me to join the Independent brand as Operational Finance. I jumped at this opportunity as this would provide me the flexibility to work from home and spend more precious time with my family, while still doing what I love, assisting the consultants.
I have been in the Travel Industry for 22 years. My work experience started at Virgin Atlantic in the UK prior to moving to Flight Centre 19 years ago. I began my Flight Centre career at our Sandton retail store where I gained 10 years of extensive knowledge & experience. This eventually enabled me to open our first Independent brand. The highlight of my career was winning the prestigious Mary Harrison award as well as Top Independent Brand Globally, two awards that anyone who knows the Flight Centre culture will understand. I have been holding the title of General Manager of the Independent brand for 2 years and counting and hope to see the brand grow from strength to strength. I am very passionate about the brand and its offerings. We are striving towards our Independent brand becoming the ITC of choice within the travel industry.

I am a specialist in Mauritius, Thailand, Bali, Europe, parts of America as well as some amazing cruise destinations. I started my career in the travel industry 20 years ago and have been lucky enough to travel to over 24 destinations. Building and creating dream holidays with my clients is my biggest motivation. I absolutely love sharing my passion for travel with people and drawing on my own experiences to help make their dreams come true. During my 20 years, I have also lead teams and areas helping them grow their business and delivering a great experience to their customers. Like the saying goes "It is a beautiful thing when a career and passion come together.

I experienced my first overseas holiday at the age of 18 and as they say, the rest is history! My love for travelling helped me to establish a career in the travel industry with various roles in retail, wholesale and the corporate environment. With over 20 years in the travel industry, I have gained invaluable experience and consider myself knowledgeable in my field. I am fortunate to have visited over 34 countries - there is nothing more exhilarating than stepping of the plane!

I began my career at Flight Centre Travel Group as a Corporate Product Systems Support Consultant and progressed within the product, technology, and projects space to my current position as the Flight Centre Independents Product Manager. I have a passion for implementing sustainable business solutions encouraging automation, capacity, productivity, and the best customer experience.
I began my career in travel 18 years ago, mainly in inbound travel. I was chosen to represent the company I was employed at, in Japan, marketing Southern Africa to the Japanese travel trade. I was based in Tokyo for 6 months and travelled around Japan extensively. The travel bug bit and I moved to London where I worked in corporate travel, events and for a small specialist tour operator. On my return to Cape Town, I joined Beachcomber Tours as a sales executive and later promoted to national sales manager. It was here that I broke many sales records and got to work closely with the Flight Centre Travel group. After 10 years with Beachcomber Tours, I join Flight Centre Independent as National Sales Leader. I am excited to take on this new role with a dynamic team and global powerhouse. I am passionate about building strong connections and relationships with people, travelling the world and the South African travel industry. I am fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world and on the weekends, you can find me surfing, doing yoga, savouring the many wine farms on offer and spending time with friends and family.
