Andrea Stevens

Andrea Stevens completed pharmacy school at Ferris State University located in Big Rapids, MI. After graduation she moved to Tennessee and began her pharmacy career. Her primary focus is guiding patients in obtaining their highest level of health. Andrea joined Fountain RX in February 2021 and is bringing over 20 years of experience in retail pharmacy with her. In her free time Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, and maintaining an active lifestyle including running and scuba diving.

Brandon Martin

Job Titles:

Brandon Martin completed pharmacy school at Butler University in Indianapolis. After graduating in 2008, he moved to Morristown and began working for a major chain pharmacy. There, Brandon gained valuable knowledge related to pharmacy operations, customer service and patient care. However, he was looking for something more. In August 2016, he joined FountainRx as a staff pharmacist. When he isn't working, Brandon enjoys watching Indiana basketball, playing golf and spending time with his family.

Brittany Shelton

Brittany Shelton completed pharmacy school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Knoxville, TN. After graduating in 2021, she completed a PGY1 residency at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN. While there, she collaborated with many different healthcare professionals in both acute and ambulatory care settings to ensure safe and effective medication use. Brittany joined FountainRx in August 2022 as a specialty pharmacist. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and cheering on University of Tennessee athletics.

Derek V. Hicks

Derek V. Hicks joined FountainRx in November 2015 as the Chief Clinical Officer and Partner. And in 2020, he co-founded BrookWell Infusion along with the FountainRx Partners. Derek's pharmacy career began when he started working for his father at Medical Center Pharmacy in New Tazewell, Tennessee. His father taught him the nuances of the pharmacy business and inspired him to become a pharmacist. After graduating from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Derek completed his General Clinical Residency at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Following his residency, Derek worked at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, Tennessee as their first Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. While there, he collaborated with physicians in the medical-surgical intensive care unit and also provided hospital-wide pharmacokinetic monitoring. After gaining this valuable experience, Derek returned to the family business and oversaw a full pharmacy redesign, which resulted in Claiborne County's only full-service compounding pharmacy lab. In his spare time, Hicks is an active member of First Baptist Church Morristown and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Emily Torres

Emily Torres completed pharmacy school at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. After graduation in 2011, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Emily is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) with over 10 years of experience in both major retail chain and managed care / medication therapy management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Jason Reid

Jason Reid completed pharmacy school at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. After he graduated in 2003, he and his wife moved to Tennessee. Jason is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) with over 15 years of experience in both major retail chain and long-term care pharmacy. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hiking, fishing and gardening.

John McKinney

John McKinney graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Memphis. After completing pharmacy school in 2009, he moved back to his home in east Tennessee to work for a major retailer. He has many years of experience in retail pharmacy and has been working in the Lakeway area for over 10 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a fan of Notre Dame Athletics.

Joseph Huntsman - CEO

Joseph Huntsman worked in a variety of business roles and environments before joining FountainRx. He graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Music degree. Joseph then went on to graduate from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business. Joseph began his professional career in 1995 with USA TODAY, serving as part of the Advertising Strategy team. He has also served in leadership roles with The Zurich Financial Services Group in Switzerland, as well as for Swiss Re, the world's largest reinsurance company. In 2007, he founded Southern Orthocare, a premier provider of prosthetics, orthotics and pedorthics. In 2012, Joseph founded FountainRx with his father. And in 2020, he co-founded BrookWell Infusion along with the FountainRx Partners. When he's not in the pharmacy, he loves to travel with family, calling himself a "citizen of the world."

Ryan Hollingsworth

Ryan Hollingsworth has over a decade of experience practicing pharmacy. He is a graduate of Samford University's McWhorter School of Pharmacy. Upon graduation, Ryan went to work for a major chain where he gained valuable experience in working at a high-volume pharmacy but decided that the corporate world was not the right fit for him. Instead, he began looking for an avenue to implement his passion for serving patients with the most compassionate care and support, which he realized by joining FountainRx. Ryan envisioned a pharmacy where people were seen as more than just numbers on a spreadsheet and where staff members treated these individuals as they would their own family members. Ryan is a fellow of both the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding (APC) and the American College of Apothecaries (ACA). He served on the Foundation Board of Directors for the IACP from 2016 to 2018, and was recognized in April 2016 as the National Compounding Pharmacist of the month by Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA). And in 2020, he co-founded BrookWell Infusion along with the FountainRx Partners. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hunting, golfing, traveling and University of Tennessee athletic events.
