Aaron has worked alongside Microcomms from the beginning and with over 16 years experience in the tech sector; running his own business, speciailsing in Digital Transformation he brings a wealth of knowledge to our company.
With fresh ideas and a thirst for new challenges Aaron oversees the technical delivery teams and supports the wider company delivering large scale projects, globally - fuelling the fire for growth at Microcomms.
Dan has worked in IT technician roles since starting off as an apprentice back in 2002 where he gained extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience in business and local government requirements.
The majority of his work has been supporting internal users of various systems, but has also been a key player in delivering big projects. He specialises in Microsoft systems and services but can turn his hand to most things, be that CentOS systems, WiFi installations, cabling and termination, backup and replication amongst various other things!

Elliott joined Microcomms as an Account Executive in 2021 after graduating from the University of Bath with a first-class honours degree in Business Management.
After a short orientation into the world of tech Elliott moved into an Account Management position where he is now the first point of contact for many of Microcomms' high-profile clients, working locally in the South West, and assisting with managing larger national and international projects across Europe.
Prior to Finance Emma worked within one of Virgin's start-up businesses. From there Emma moved into Finance and has been working within this industry for 20 years, initially within Account Management in the Venture Finance Sector, to then running an Accounts Support Business for ten years before moving into industry. As well as having a financial perspective, customer service stands highly within Emma's remit.

Hal has been in the ICT industry for 20 years providing solutions in Oracle, UNIX, Consultancy, Training, Asset Management and Telecoms. Having managed clients from start up to the likes of The Post Office, British Gas and GEC. Hal takes great pride in providing the very best solution fit for the client.

An experienced Account Manager, Ian joined the team at Microcomms to assist our clients find solutions to their technology problems.
Ian has worked with both local and international clients ensuring a strong level of communication and customer service is experienced leading to long lasting positive working relationships.

John has spent over 10 years in the Audio Visual sector and has gathered a vast amount of knowledge during this time on what works and how it can enhance an users experience. Always willing to listen first to gain an understanding of what would be the perfect fit for a client, and to find a perfect solution that works for them
Katie supports the office with daily tasks, including helping sales with the ordering of products and organising kit per job when it is delivered.
She helps with resourcing, making sure we send the right engineer out for jobs with clients.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys walking and mountain biking.

Martin joined Microcomms in 2019 and has over 20 years' specialist experience in structured cabling. With a passion for quality and best practice he leads the engineering standards at Microcomms ensuring compliance and client expectations are core to all solutions.
Whether designing a new structured cabling installation or monitoring the quality and responsiveness of our fault resolutions for Managed Service data clients, Martin's experience and reputation for ensuring the highest quality installations means he is highly respected and valued by all clients.

Matthew has worked in the IT industry for 8 Years, 6 and a half of those at Microcomms.
Matthew has worked his way up the ranks within Microcomms gaining knowledge from challenging projects and from other staff members, working on Telephony Systems, WiFi Configuration and Installation, Hyper-V and VM-Ware Servers and Network Infrastructure.
Having joined Microcomms in 2019, Niamh has since advanced within roles to her current position as Operations Manager. As part of this role, Niamh manages the companies ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditations and is responsible for all company audits.
Simon runs Microcomms and has spent almost twenty years building the business to be a leading IT consultancy across the South West, nationally and internationally. Simon's consultancy skills are the prime reason that his clients forge long term partnerships with the company, trusting their future IT strategy in his capable hands.

Stephen specialises in everything fibre and structured cabling. Steven or Stevie B as he's known to many, has been in the Data/Fibre world since 2003.
Working on major infrastructure projects at some well-known locations across UK and Europe; Heathrow Airport, Eden Project and Chartres in Paris to name a few. Whether it's a small copper installation or a large multi-zone fibre deployment you can guarantee Stephen will be seeing the job through.
