Brent Suen - Chairman

Brent began his career in 1988 at Bear Stearns as the firm's youngest hire. He worked in merger arbitrage for six years and participated in some of the most daring and groundbreaking buyouts and hostile takeovers on Wall Street. In 1997, Brent settled in San Francisco launching a venture fund and strategic advisory to technology companies that were early entrants in the dotcom boom. Funding and advising twenty- seven companies in Silicon Valley, with a focus on e-Commerce, software, and networking equipment, Elev8tion Ventures, ranked number three on Hedgefund.net's 1999 best performing funds in the ‘Technology Focused' fund rankings.

Candice Beaumont

Candice has more than two decades of executive experience in finance, banking, M&A and investments. She currently serves as chairperson of Salsano Group, a Panama-based family office and holding company with investments in over 100 companies across multiple sectors, including global real estate, luxury goods, consumer, technology, and media. Candice is also chief investment officer at L Investments, a family office that is invested in a broad portfolio of public and private equity. Previously, as a banker at Lazard Frères, the world's largest independent investment bank, Candice executed more than $20 billion in merger and acquisition advisory engagements. She also served as the private equity principal at Argonaut Capital, a global macro hedge fund. She began her career in corporate finance at Merrill Lynch. A noted public speaker and advocate for philanthropic and social causes around the world, Candice has been featured in numerous leading publications, including CEO Magazine, The Financial Times, and Business Insider. Candice earned her bachelor's in business administration from the University of Miami, graduating first in her class with a major in international finance and marketing. As captain of the Miami Varsity Tennis team, she earned Academic All-American honors, and is a former world-ranked professional tennis player. She completed her studies in Global Leadership & Public Policy for the 21st Century at Harvard Kennedy School in 2015, after being honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014.

Granger Whitelaw - CEO

Whitelaw has over 30 years of executive experience in finance, operations, sales, marketing, M&A, corporate governance and business development. He has successfully built and advised multiple businesses across several industries, including media, aviation, racing, entertainment, software, technology, consumer products and real estate, both in the U.S. and internationally. He has raised over $3.4 billion for business projects, and has helped lead numerous mergers, acquisitions, public offerings and private equity financings. Over the last several years, Whitelaw has worked for The Vietnam Group, a business advisory and consulting firm based in Ho Chi Minh City that provides supply chain, financial, governmental and digital services. Whitelaw is the founder and CEO of the Raybar Group, a global management consulting agency that includes subsidiary companies such as The Vietnam Group, Transpacific Media, Pharmacy Advisors Limited, ParaStem Health, as well as the Lotus Talks podcast. He is a founding benefactor of the XPrize Foundation and the co-founder and CEO of the Rocket Racing League, where he led the development of software, gaming platforms, and aeronautic technology development. Investors and partners have included Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Dr. Bob Hariri, Peter Diamandis, Bill Koch, The Thyssen Family and others. He founded EBS Ltd in Bermuda, an early SaaS software company where he authored the world's first law for e-commerce digital signatures and settlement. This law has helped establish the legal framework for online commerce used worldwide today. He also served as EVP of CoreCommerce, a leading SaaS eCommerce platform acquired in 2016 by a group of entrepreneurs and business executives. He is a founding partner of TrendSphere, a Think Tank for CIOs. Whitelaw also earlier served as banker at a leading investment bank, Cowan Financial Group, in New York City.

James W. Keyes

As president and CEO of 7-Eleven, he was responsible for more than 40,000 stores across 19 countries worldwide and the launch into new global markets before it was acquired by Seven and I Holding Co. (OTC ADR: SVNDY) in 2005. Under Keyes' leadership, 7-Eleven achieved nearly 40 quarters of same store sales growth and realized a 10-fold increase in shareholder value. As chairman and CEO of Blockbuster, Keyes established the company as the leader in the nascent streaming video market. He helped it survive the 2008 financial crisis through a successful restructuring and sale to Dish Networks that preserved more than 19,000 jobs. Later, as chairman and CEO of Wild Oats Marketing, he developed a line of 250 consumer products in collaboration with Walmart which was sold through more than 3,000 Walmart stores nationwide. Keyes has been active in philanthropy in support of the arts, medicine, and education. He established Education is Freedom, a nonprofit foundation nationally recognized as a leader in college, career and life-readiness programs that has funded more than $450 million in fellowships, scholarships, and other educational programs. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for College of the Holy Cross since 2017 and on the board of overseers for the Columbia Business School since 2010. He has been a member of Dallas Symphony Association's board of governors since 2001, including serving as chairman. Since 2005, he has served on the board of directors and as chair of the Investment committee for the Cooper Institute. a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health and wellness through research, education, and advocacy. In 2005, the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans recognized Keyes with its Horatio Alger Award which is given to leaders in the community who exemplify "honesty, hard work, self-reliance and perseverance." An avid pilot, he previously served as chairman of Aggressor Air, a U.S. Military top gun training group. Keyes earned his A.B. from College of the Holy Cross and MBA from Columbia Business School.

John MacNeil

John has a broad background in the financial services, technology and energy infrastructure industries. John joined Logiq Inc. in 2016 most recently acting as Chief of Staff and prior to that serving as Chief Operating Officer and in various capital markets and operating positions. He is also on the Board of PT Weyland Indonesia Perkasa - the maker of AtoZPay and AtoZGo. From 2008 to 2016 John advised various technology and renewable energy companies on strategy, market entry and project development. Prior to forming ACI, John MacNeil was a Vice President at Schroders Investment Management (1999-2008) where he was Portfolio Manager for the $300 million global technology fund (2003-2008) which was a top performer amongst its peers over its final three years. Prior to joining Schroders, John MacNeil was an Equity Strategist (1993-1999) at UBS/PaineWebber and Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney focusing on areas of asset allocation and thematic investing. John MacNeil also has seven years of operational experience in the technology industry as a systems engineer and project manager at Amdahl (now Fujitsu USA). Over the course of 25 years of investment and industry experience, he has formed extensive relationships with corporate and financial industry sources. Raymond Sutanto

Hailing from Indonesia, Raymond is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with almost 30 years of experience in various industries, spanning between Indonesia and USA. He started as a Manufacturing Engineer at Trailmobile automotive plant in Central Illinois, improving their semi-trailer assembly lines. He continued honing his skills in the Los Angeles area as Industrial Engineer for Adams Rite Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Assa Abloy specializing in aluminium door hardware. Building upon his manufacturing experience, Raymond joined Rollepaal USA in Maryland, the pipe extruder division of Royal Dutch Shell. As a Sales Engineer, he sold pipe cooling equipment while managing customer relationships and liaising with production. From there, he entered the service industry with SatoTravel in the DC Metro area. A division of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, SatoTravel is the premiere travel contractor for the US government and military, providing services from call centers and on-site locations worldwide, which Raymond helped to optimize using CRM solutions. He then ventured out to Indonesia, running his own Business Process Outsourcing firm for 12 years, before joining Logiq in 2018 as Executive VP. He splits his time between Jakarta and Los Angeles, providing expertise in corporate affairs, legal, and taxation for Logiq's FinTech investment in Indonesia. Raymond holds an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and BS in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.

Sim Farar

Farar is a managing member of JDF Investments Company, which has specialized in corporate development and financing merger transactions for over 35 years. He is currently the chairman of the United States Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy (USACPD), appointed by former President Obama and approved by the United States Senate. USACPD reports to the president of the United States and secretary of state. In 2021, he was appointed as one of four U.S. representatives for the 76th Session General Assembly of the United Nations. Farar was earlier nominated and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as the United States Representative to the 54th General Assembly at the United Nations.
